This is one of my favorite places.especially during middle of night (Nightwatch sets: 12 am - 6 am. Where else can you go for prayer, praise, worship, communion, healing & more?!? They've been doing it since September 1999--24/7/365!

Most of my life has been like a "fish out of water"--this is the Living Water of Holy Spirit, Son, & Father!!! I long for this in my city of Independence!!!

The International House of Prayer is a place like no other. I consider it one of the "Christian Wonders of the World!" 18 years of night and day prayer and still going. Millions have passed through those sacred doors and you should too you'll never be the same. Encountered by God's presence touched by the words, life and empowerment of Jesus. The love songs of God's heart that strengthen the soul I don't have enough space to describe all that this place has meant to me see for yourself and encounter the Living God's real affection for you found in the place of worship. This place is literally, demonstrably, a cult. They may not have set out to be one, but they definitely are now. Plus, I can't tell you how many people I know that got kicked out of this place for completely trumped-up reasons. And, icing on the cake: some friends were sitting in the parking lot singing worship songs and were STOPPED BY SECURITY because they needed to "join the corporate worship session or reserve a music room." Direct quote.
