A little pricey - but in line for where it's at by airport. Walked into room super clean an we both remarked how fresh it smelled. Walk in shower was fantastic.

The front desk girl who was here during my stay was EXTREMELY sweet and helpful. You can just tell she's a good soul. My house burned down a couple nights before my stay and both the front desk ladies I met were so very kind and genuine. The one working during the day went above and beyond just doing her job well. She helped answer all my questions, she even called me a few minutes after I left to run some errands to let me know she found the name and location of a place she recommended for shopping that she couldn't find before I left! She was great with the younger boys that were playing around while walking through the lobby to the pool. With out directly asking them to quiet down a little, she joked around with them and they stopped shouting and jumping, spoke politely to her and walked to the pool, without losing any enthusiasm. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with or without kids. The staff here deserves a (raise 😉) pat on the back!

I stay in this area a few times a year, and always check to see if this place is available. Usually get a pretty decent rate, especially if you know what else is near by. You can go higher or lower, but this is typically in my wheelhouse, and is always great. Clean, quiet, and close to amenities in the area.

People need to know the POOL AND HOTTUB are currently closed for renovations before they book!
We had our flight cancelled and needed a hotel at 5pm for myself and my daughter. I saw that this hotel had a pool so we would have something to do all evening. Didn't find out till we were here checking in. Too exhausted to go anywhere else. I wish hotels would have lower rates or offer something to make up for not having a very nice amenity. Since our flight leaves at 5:30am, we will also not get the breakfast that's include. Otherwise, it's a nice, comfortable hotel.

It was a nice stay. They have a pool and a hot tub that weren't all that much but still there. The room was very nice and comfortable bed. Breakfast was a nice selection of items buffet style. Over all it was a good experience for the price

My husband and I didn't even stay five minutes. We walked into our room on the first floor and immediately noticed the water damage to the walls. It smelled wet and musty. The lamp by the couch did not work and probably so that you wouldn't notice the black mold forming on the wall above! I went into the bathroom and mold around the edge of the tub. Gross. We went to front desk and other than "sorry" all the clerk could say is "I don't know how our housekeepers missed that." Well if I can see it in two seconds you should darn well be able to see it! Went to another room and smelled the same way, only a fresh paint smell too. Ya. Probably painted over the mold to hide it. Nope. Never again. I don't normally review places but this is a matter of public safety!

We checked into three different rooms and they put us all together which was really nice. However, our room the toilet was broke but they came and fixed it. My mom's room had ants the whole time! Besides those things it wasn't bad. The breakfast was pretty good.

The employees are all very nice and welcoming. From front desk down the line to maintenance men the facility runs happily by the backbone of smiling employees. Clean entrance and tucked away all the while. Nice pool room and gym. Breakfast is big they don't cut corners. All in all a wonderful stay

Location is great, very close to the airport. Staff was friendly. Lemon water was refreshing. Pool was nice.
Only issue is the door to the outside is rigged to slam with so much force that it will wake up anyone close to it each time someone enters or exits.
Odds are, you won't get one of those rooms so you should be good =)

Ruined by Vacation. I commented about the mold and running water in various areas of the Hotel. I paid $306 for a two night stay. When I came back from Oceans of fun they tell me I was smoking in the room. They kicked me out! Did not refund me. I guess I shouldn't have pointed out the mold Told me I would be charged $250 for a clean up fee. They took more than that. Kept running my card. I did t sign for additional charges. DO NOT go here, they steal your money!

Mixed feelings. I checked in last night (7/10/17).Was put in room 131, king bed. AC was cold. Room was (mostly) clean (see picture of coffee spill next to the room phone I took when I checked in). Unfortunately the TV didn't work. The amazingly sweet front desk man immediately switched me over to room 126 (directly across the hall). There, the TV worked but the AC unit didn't. No matter how many times I tried to get the unit to engage, it wouldn't. So, again, another trip to the front desk. He once again switched me immediately to room 114, where everything worked great and was nice and clean. I needed to print out my boarding pass for my flight the next morning (today), so I went to the "business center," in the lobby, but was informed by my new friend at the front desk that it wasn't working. I was sent across the parking lot to the hotel's sister property to use their business center, which worked OK. Slow, but I got my boarding pass printed and that's all I needed anyway. I was signed up for a wake up call and for an airport shuttle to the airport at 11am.
    The night was, eventually, uneventful.
I had breakfast at their complimentary breakfast. Sausage was cold. Eggs were almost icy. Waffle was good. Yogurt cold. Apple juice, orange juice, milk all cold. Biscuit was good. Gravy a bit blah. But, hey, for a free breakfast that I just kind of grazed over at 7am, not bad. :)
About 8:30am, while lounging on the bed watching TV and dealing with some paperwork, my hotel room door WAS OPENED!
I immediately called out, and the door closed and "housekeeping" was voiced behind the door. I said I'm still in here, and there was no answer. I called up to the front desk and a man answered. I informed him that housekeeping just opened my door and walked in without announcing themselves first or knocking and waiting for a response. He very curtly replied, "well, we thought you were gone." Um, no, still here. You guys even have me down for a rise to the airport at 11am. His response? "Well, we thought you were gone, so Whatever."
    Whatever!?!?
I asked for the manager. He said "you're talking to him." I asked if he was the morning manager or the general manager. He said, "I'm the manager," clearly avoiding responding to my request for specifics. I asked to speak with the general manager, and was then told he wasn't in. I asked when he would be in, and was told, "look, I'll give you his card if you really want, but he won't be in today."
I feel completely blown off. Housekeeping just WALKED INTO MY ROOM! & the self-proclaimed "manager" never even apologized.
I have 19 years of customer service and management experience. A simple, basic apology would've been sufficient. Instead he's now created a very upset guest who will gladly share this experience with every review site I can find.

I had to stay here because another KC hotel dropped the ball. Go check my review on the quality inn on North Cambridge. In contact, customer service here was amazing. They worked with us at 10:30 at night, got us a room, and it was a very comfortable room. This is not a 5 star hotel by any means, but they achieve, very impressively, everything they set out to be. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I need lodging in KC.

Although the exterior is attractive, as is the lobby - the rooms definitely need maintenance. Smudges on closet doors, stain on carpet, mold along bathtub tiles, slow hot water (turn on the shower to get hot water at sink), mattress needed to be turned - very soft on side closest to bathroom, cracked tiles in bathroom, toilet paper holder pulled off wall when using (i removed roll & set on counter). WiFi okay. T-Mobile phone service practically non-existent. Breakfast included many options.
Shuttle service was timely, but driver left me off at wrong terminal. And, the van was pretty shabby.
I took pictures, here are a few, or so i thought.

Stayed here on our way back from Holiday travel this year. We always look for an indoor pool for our young children. The hotel was easy to find just near the airport. The hotel was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, the pool and hot tub were fun for our kids. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, with waffles and biscuits and gravy for hot options. We had a small fridge in our room, which we like because we often have a cooler with snacks and drinks that we bring in. The rooms were quiet, we heard no noise from inside the hotel or outside our window. This is a no frills Comfort Inn, but you can't beat it for the price point.
