I took my car in to get an estimate on getting my windshield wipers fixed. The driver side wiper wasn't working at all. The man who looked at my car said he looked at it and the whole windshield wiper system had to be replaced and the part alone would cost $220 with labor it would cost almost $400 to get it fixed. Now I don't pretend to know anything about cars but I definitely wanted a second opinion before I spent that much money. I took my car to my boyfriends grandpa who has been working on cars his whole life. He took one look under the hood at my whole wiper system. All that had to be done was pop the wiper back into place so that it was connected to the motor. Now, I feel like if the man at the shop had really looked at my car and what I said was wrong he would have known what needed to be done and done it. He would not have tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and tried to have unnecessary work done to my car. I may not know much about cars but thank god I am smart enough to know to get a second opinion. I will not recomend this shop but I do recommend that if you do chose to go there make sure you get a second opinion. Unless you like paying hundreds of dollars on something that might not even need to be fixed.

They got me in on short notice and we're forth coming and honest when it came to telling me the specifics of what needed to be done. If I lived around here, they would be my go-to garage for car work.
