What a great experience, from the moment I walked in and met Amanda I just knew that ahe was the right person and I was in the right place to start the process of my soon to be engagement. She was amazing guided me through everything and answered every single question I asked. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else and having the same experience I had here, I'm a very happy camper!!

I brought my 8 year old grandson in so he could use a $100 gift card that I won in a golf tournament to buy a Christmas gift for his mother. Stephanie could not have been nicer. She treated my grandson with respect and helped him pick out the perfect gift. He felt so grown up. I was very impressed and will definitely go back.

Kelly is amazing! She took the time to sit down with my wife and I and truly understand what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing two amazing rings along with a necklace chain and had some of my mother’s jewlery repaired. Overall our experience was great and I highly recommend International Diamond Center.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at International Diamond Centers. I went to the Clearwater location where I met Stephanie. She greeted me with a smile and asked what I was looking for. I told her what I wanted and she showed me exactly what I was looking for. The quality and prices are great and the people were all great. I would recommend buying your diamonds here. I felt confident in my purchase and will definitely be buying more jewelry here in the future.

This was an excellent experience during our purchase, Milada helped us directly with everything we needed. All of our questions were answered and the entire process was made smoother because the people we were dealing with knew what they were talking about. I had an amazing experience with Kathy at IDC! I was in town for a couple of days, and after stopping at one of their nearest competitors, I stopped at IDC before I headed back to Orlando. I stopped in not only because there are satellite stores in the Orlando area, but I truly needed a better experience then I had next-door.

Kathy was amazingly informative, and above and patient with me. She took the time to actually listen, understand, and present me with options that matched exactly what I stated. The store is beautiful, the selection is amazing, but Kathy's service is what truly sets the bar for this wonderful location. From start to finish, I truly couldn't ask for a better Jewelry end Diamond specialist! Given the atmosphere, matched with my experience, if you want to be treated like a client, rather than a customer, this is the place for you!

I am highly impressed with the customer service here. This is the first time I have not been pressured by a sales person to buy a higher priced ring but was actually pointed to a lower more reasonably priced product. The sales people are not paid commission, and all of the jewelry sold here is very high quality. So when they help their customers they genuinely want their customers to get the best bang for their buck, while helping them find the perfect ring for their significant other. The employees are very courteous, helpful and patient. I never once felt pressure to buy anything, and I felt like I was talking to a Grandfather as I was browsing rings. You can tell they honestly care for the customers satisfaction. I highly recommend IDC to anyone looking to buy engagement rings, wedding bands, necklace, earrings, watches, they have it all, great selection, all very high quality, reasonably priced, and their layaway payment option is really fantastic too. No interest rates, just make payments till its payed off, and the same piece of jewelry you seen in person is held for you, never to be sold to anyone else, and it's yours as soon as you pay it off.

Bought my fiance's engagement ring here and Alvin was phenomenal. He took the time to explain and listen to my budget and style desires. Returned a few times to look at wedding bands and new watches. Alvin was patient and helpful even knowing we we're not buying that day. Recently returned to buy a watch and we were taken care of yet again. Highly recommend.

From the moment we walked into the door we felt welcomed at IDC. Lee greeted us at the door and showed us around the store. We were looking for an engagement ring and I was a little bit picky when looking at all the different options. However, Lee was very friendly and patient the whole time, showing my fiance and I different options that fit my description. Soon we found the right one that looked perfect to us, but we had to figure out what diamond we wanted to be placed as the center stone. Lee showed us a variety of options giving us a detailed description of each one, but never pressuring us to think that the most expensive one is the best and is what we should definitely get, like many sales people would do. Instead he focused on us and what we liked. He let us look at all the stones under the microscope and just next to each other and see which one actually appealed to us. We ended up picking the right stone and the right band all thanks to Lee. The experience was amazing and very different from the ones you will get at the "mall bunch" jewelry stores. You get to see what exactly your ring is made of and get to know a lot of information about it. Lee was very kind, offered us something to drink multiple times, and made us feel comfortable. Thank you, Lee! We will be coming to see you soon again for his wedding band :)

I have gone here a long time and my sales person has retired a while back. She was awesome, now I have gone in and do not like the new staff that have been put in place that I dealt with. I felt that she was very pushy and not to mention I let them run my credit for a card and then told her i do not want to use that credit account because it was to low of a limit and she decided on her OWN to request an increase on my credit limit to try and make a sale after i told her I do not want to use that account. Now it knocked my credit score 15 points because of the hard credit increase request she asked for WITHOUT my permission! I will never buy a piece of jewelry from here again for this reason. The initial credit request I did authorize was only a 2 point hit on my credit! I have thought about sueing them, buyer beware!!!! Their prices are a little high as well, check around for same quality at lower prices and no pushy sales! They have brought in new staff that is family, and I was very unimpressed! Look up their reviews and allegations against them before thinking of going here anymore.

The international diamond center has been so accommodating to us over the last 2 years. The staff is incredible and so dedicated in finding you the perfect diamond. They took the time to ensure I was happy with the overall look and feel of my setting. Also, we have always felt we are getting the best product at the best price. After visiting many jewelers, there is no comparison to IDC. We won't be shopping anywhere else.

As I entered the door I was greeted by Mr Adam Leonardo, he showed me a few items ,
Very beautiful items. But was a little out of my price range. I gave him my price range. With no hesitation at all he showed me items in my price range. We sealed the deal. He then took me to check out were i met Anayah Curry, she then wrapped my stuff treated me as if I were a millionaire.
I would highly suggest these to young people to anyone in need of jewelry. They were professional, intelligent, down to earth. These to deserve any high recognitions they can get.

Awesome experience. I told Amanda over the phone what I was looking for and she said she would bring in several diamonds that would fit that description and call me. She was true to her word. I had a tough time choosing as the diamonds were beautiful. I went with a gorgeous Radiant Forever Diamond and had it set in a Tacori setting. I love the way it sparkles. That's exactly what I wanted. Robbie and Amanda were truly amazing and a pleasure to work with.

Stopped in to IDC this evening to have my wedding band repaired, as a small diamond had fallen out. They are doing the repair for free as the ring was purchased from them. Returned my engagement ring to its original luster while I did some Birthday shopping for myself 😉. I found a beautiful band to compliment the set I wear. The staff was friendly and patient as I looked through the store, never pushy or trying to direct me towards anything. The prices were far better than any place else, and they still gave us a discount. Oh, and they had my daughter try on a ginormous diamond ring and had her take a picture wearing it, so she was happy as well. I love this place!!
