They will help you with car loans and credit cards to help build your credit.

I have never been treated so poorly, and disrespected so blatantly as a customer/member. Jackie was rude, called me a liar, and snapped her fingers in my face in an attempt to shut me up from voicing a legitimate complaint. My account will be closed!!

I have consistently had poor customer service.
The tellers are not well trained.
I wanted to dispute a charge and the teller tells me I need a police report. Seriously?
I wanted to get my daily limit for online transactions raised. I am a business that makes large purchases. The teller said it can not be done.
Wife lost debit card. Stated they could not make another card for several days because a machine was down.
We are taking our business elsewhere due to customer no service.
At every turn it obvious most tellers are trying to do as little as possible.
I though local banks were supposed to be superior to national banks. In this case not so.response / report this review -

I was with Regions going back to when they were First Federal and had Passbook savings accounts. As they got bigger and bigger treated treated me worse and worse. The last straw was when they charged me a fee for depositing cash, so I moved my business to Innovations FCU about 2 years ago. They are great! Especially if you have a small business.
