The new location is great. I love the decor. The food remains fantastic and maybe even better. For example, the shrimp and grits doesn't use massive shrimp, but that's even better because the really large shrimp aren't as good as the size they use. Presentation was great without being too much. Price was really great for the high quality. This is truly a feather in the cap for our area. I normally dislike live music but the two guys were playing tasteful and nice and it was pleasurable. I cannot recommend Andy's enough. Love it.

The food is so good. Not your everyday flavors. Even the scrambled eggs are the best I have ever had! The owner is always on the floor making sure you are happy 😀

French toast was a little small, but made up in the taste!!! awesome!!! Fried Eggs looked blah, but were actually good. The shrimp and grits etouffe was good, would like a thicker consistency but good non the less. One caveat, only open 7am-2pm, so breakfast or brunch is it!!!

I want to give no stars. I come from a long line of resturant owners, successful by the way. My father always said if he did not have enough staff or staples for the day he would rather close his doors for the day, rather than have one person complain. We waited 15 minutesno problem. Were seated, and no one came to our table. I could wait a long time without complaint for my order to be taken or for quality food. No one who is seated should be completely ignored by a stressed, short staffed server.

It's been a while since I've been as impressed with a restaurant as I am with Andy's Flour Power. This place delivers high quality food and there's not a thing on the menu over $10. The cream cheese danish may be the best I've had. We bought more of those to go. Only complaint is they aren't open past 2 P.M.

Great food, great atmosphere, the owner greeted every table twice, super friendly servers. 4 star because there wasn't a protein option with the waffle or French toast that my kids ate. I really would have liked a side of protein & hash browns as an option.

The staff was so wonderful. The server helped us with the menu and the food was awesome. They are open for breakfast and lunch. I had the country and California benadict. The server convinced the chef to do a half and half. She was awesome. I am sorry I can't remember her name. However she was awesome. One of the best things is that they don't ask you for dessert. Why you may ask or wonder. It's because when you check out you check out in the front where their bakery is and temptation is awaiting you. It got me because they has key lime pie. How could you visit Florida without getting some key lime pie. I purchased a slice and it was made fresh. Definitely not processed. It was delicious. So when in Panama City Beach, please visit Andy's flour power. You will not be disappointed.

Staff was friendly. Grits were fresh and delicious but the biscuits were awful. Dry and no taste. The gravy was also awful. The omelette was not as described in the menu and not nearly enough cheese but if you really love mushrooms you might like it. Bacon was cold. The Skillet was too salty. We were there at 8:45a.m. so we felt the food should have been hot and fresh. Let me repeat: the biscuits and gravy were really terrible but then we are from Tennessee and it's hard to beat true Southern biscuits and gravy. We wouldn't go back.

This was our first visit, and we will be back. The service was fast and friendly, the food was excellent, and the restaurant was clean and fun. We even got to enjoy live music! I had the French toast which was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. My kids had waffles, which were golden and delicious. We all highly recommend Andy's Flour Power Cafe-Bakery!

We were in Panama City Beach last year and attempted to eat at Andy's Flour Power because people had told my son it was a have to eat at place but they were closed because of a death. We were in Panama City Beach for vacation again this year so we wanted to try it. They suggestion was spot on. The food was awesome and the service was even better. Andy is very visible to the customers by doing whatever needed to be done, even cleaning off the tables. He greeted all the customers and made them feel welcome. It seemed like he was everywhere doing whatever needed handled. He is an example of how business owners should be! They also made accommodations for my niece that is highly allergic to dairy. He made sure the kitchen cooked her food without any contamination. Wonderful place to eat. We ended up going two days in a row because of the food and service and will be back!

This is a well known jewel among locals and tourists alike. John Certo brings an uncommon talent to the breakfast and lunch tables. His cuisine shows depth, imagination and never fails to be delicious. This is a great place to eat and is always consistent, largely because John is constantly there making sure each dish is just right and adding his personal touch to every dining experience. Love the eggs Benedict! Highly recommended!

A little cafe style restaurant where a lot of locals go eat lunch. Ordered the Egg Benedict and it was divine; limited orders of it per day so you know it's very fresh. Also tried their ginormous macadamia cookies and boy were they nice too :9

This place is one of my favorite places in Panama City Beach and never fails at offering the best food and service. I've been here 3 times this week, twice for breakfast, once for lunch. Everything has been delicious!! Seriously thank you all so much for the excellent service you offer and keep doing what you do!

No hype; this place has the best breakfast. Wife ordered the Cafe Skillet, I ordered the Omelet and the kids had French Toast, Bacon/Eggs and a muffin.

All plates were empty by the time breakfast was over and we all left extremely satisfied.

Really good food. The French toast is the best Ive had in a long time. Rueben was great. My wife liked the breakfast croissant. My son loved the cafe skillet. If you like Another Broken Egg then you will like this place as well or better.
