People were nice, price was cheapest in the area. Rooms were out of date (which was expected and fine) and a little smelly and quite dusty (not expected and not enjoyable). Good place if you just need as cheap as place as possible for the area, but don't expect much.

I love coming here. Its not very often, about once a year, but every time we do stay here its always clean. The staff is very friendly, especially the nice lady at the front desk. She is always willing to help you and is very courteous. The hotel is also in a great location in town. I always enjoy coming here and hope this place has many, many more wonderful years to come. It is definitely worth the stay. Its a cheap price per night.

We stayed there this past weekend. If you are looking for an affordable clean place to stay near all the parks then this is perfect. Nothing fancy by any means but it served us perfect for a couple of nights

We came down from Toledo for a friend's college graduation party and wanted a place to stay in town. For $55 a night, this was a good place to stay with clean rooms and friendly service. Only complaint would be that there are only two pillows per bed and showerhead is a bit low. Not fancy in the least and no wifi, but what do you expect for that price?

I didn't know what to expect.

I will say this initially: the prices were very reasonable, especially given the quality of service. It is an older building DO NOT LET THIS FOOL YOU! Yes, it's an older building No, they don't have workable WiFi I used my ATT smart phone and this worked fine on the second floor. First floor, according to the son of the owner (I think he was the son), it's a Faraday cage, and as such I'm not sure if mobile phones work. However, I didn't test this.

But we had a great conversation with them about ways that WiFi could work. The main problem? - the place is built like a bunker, heavy concrete/cinder-block construction so, I think they will address this problem, but if you arrive in the summer of 2017 you might not have convenient WiFi bring a book, relax it's the country it's ok to disconnect from FACEBOOK.

Overall, the staff was professional, courteous. The rooms were/are well kept.

For the price? - I doubt you'll find a better deal.

If you want to pay to stay in a jail cell come here. Where do I start. No phone,fridge,shampoo,alarm clock. I seriously don't see how this place is open it's just so badly run down.

If you're used to staying in fancy hotels then pass this one up, it is nice, lady behind desk is sweet, air conditioning worked. Getting some rest and heading back out.

Very friendly lady at the front desk. Housekeeping was very friendly and respectful of privacy. A very cozy room. Had a great time while I was there with my husband.

They only have twin beds. Heat in room was either cold or ungodly hot - heater was set on Lo and after awhile it got ungodly hot so we turned it off and the room got cold in a couple of hours. The showers are made for Hobbits - only about 5' from the ground. Only two pillows on the bed. Room and everything else was clean. Rates very reasonable for what you get. Location is very easy to find, get in and out of. If you're a short person I'm sure you will be fine but I'm over 6' tall and did not fit in the bed.

I was a little skeptical at first but really it's a great place to stay! Right in town, close to everything, clean, comfortable. It doesn't have a microwave or a mini fridge which would have been nice, but other than that it was a good place to stay for the weekend.

It is a basic hotel. The bulding is pretty old but everything is clean. This is a great place to sleep if you are searching for something cheap. The staff was also very nice. We arrived very late, because it took us longer than planed to get there, and they were waiting for us. The room is a basic room to get a rest. The mattress was nice. The TV was oldbut come on! Are you staying in your room watching TV in such an amazing place?? Move your ass and go see nature around Logan; it´s stunning!
