We stay here often. This is our hotel of choice when we come to Dothan. Always clean and comfortable. Heated indoor pool is great. We love the king rooms with jacuzzi tub in room!! Beds are very comfortable and fresh, crisp sheets and comforter every time. Staff is always polite and kind. Reservation service is very helpful and we have never had an issue booking. Overall great hotel, no complaints.

Advertise heated indoor pool. They keep the water way to cold. Was not able to enjoy pool AT ALL. I have been to many hotels with indoor pools during cooler weather and this is the only one I've ever complained about. I chose this hotel just for pool.

Our client Kurt Green recently stayed at this Country Inn & Suites and as we expected, gave us stellar reviews. We love placing clients with Country Inn properties because of the Country Inn & Suites reputation, which this Country Inn lives up to.
From check in to check out, the staff took care of our client, professional, friendly and very helpful. For our clients who spend so much time traveling, a smile goes a long way.
Getting in late, it's great to start your day with a workout. While many hotel fitness centers have a treadmill or two, the Country Inn has more, allowing you to get some weight training in as well as cardio.
Breakfast was filled with options and well stocked throughout the morning. Just as importantly, the area was kept clean, which is tough so many guests coming through.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Whether relaxing watching tv or working at the desk, the area was laid out well. Our client got a great night's sleep,

My husband and I had a terrible experience. We rented a king whirlpool suite over $100 a night celebrating our anniversary while traveling passing through Dothan. We checked in late in the middle of night. Due to a family reunion it was loud and twice in the middle of the night someone knocked on our door looking for their cousin, that was not the hotels fault however they could have been more understanding the next day. The Next day at checkout time we were very tired and my stomach was upset. I called the front desk to inform them we were running behind. Even after calling I still received two calls to our room and a visit from staff which delayed us even further checking out on time. A really rude guy named Juan beat on our door and told us it was check out time I told him they were harassing us and we were trying to get our things together ”I even washed out the whirlpool for the maid”, he raised his voice at me and told me 12:00 was hotel policy and he was going to charge us another night. He was not tactful and definitely not courteous. When we actually checked out and got our checkout receipt it was only 12:20! The parking lot was empty and no one was waiting on the room it was just hotel staff being uptight jerks for no reason at all! Terrible very stressful experience!

As I pulled into the parking lot it looked to be the back of the building but it wasn't. It was the front door without a covered entrance and a few people outside in chairs smoking. That aside, the room was nice and it was clean. The breakfast was just adequate but missing the staple biscuits and gravy.

Great everything. Great rooms super clean. Great food for breakfast. Lovely fitness center and indoor pool. Very safe and secure. Cleanliness to the max. Staff super friendly. I will be back just because. Thanks to the whole staff. And Roll Tide Mr. Robert.😉

Definitely NOT a $100 room! The room was spacious. However, the bed was not comfortable as it sank in the middle. The office chair in the room was torn up and had exposed foam all over it. The carpet was old, worn out, and very dirty. The rest of the furniture was nice, though. Definitely liked the amount of convenient plugs. The customer service was disappointing as we were not even asked about our stay upon checkout! Not the best Country inn that I have stayed at at all.

Recently a couple of our clients who are traveling entertainers, Doug Almedia and Frankie Paul, stayed here and were very happy with the entire visit! The staff was very friendly and accommodated their late check-in and even gave them a later check-out time, the free cookies upon check-in were also very welcome. The rooms were perfect, clean, and quiet, and the breakfast in the morning was just what they needed before hitting the road again!

I'm in the middle of my Check In Check Out Comedy Tour. Six days in six different cities. However, I got one nigh off and had to book my own hotel for that night. So glad to have found Country Inn & Suites in Dothan. After being on the road for a few days, the last thing I wanted to do was get in my car and drive around finding places to eat. No worries here. You have countless options within walking distance from the hotel. Aside from it's location, the hotel has an incredibly friendly staff and my room was comfortable and clean. Big king size bed and plenty of outlets for your electronics. Free breakfast in the morning. Since I'm a comic, I don't really wake up early. Again, no worries here, breakfast served till 10:30am on Saturday. Nice work out room and great indoor pool for recreation and exercise. Loved my stay.

Clean and comfortable with nice furniture. The customer service is very good, staff and management are very quick to be helpful. When we checked in there was a problem with the remote control and a chair and Shannon and Marissa at the front desk went above and beyond to resolve the trouble. Good fresh breakfast selections and very convenient pool hours. A nice place to stay.

Absolutely great people and a great stay. The breakfast is top notch. Randy, the manager, is a great guy and the total hotel reflects that. No surly people here. My room was clean and bed comfortable. Thanks for caring about the children. Doug
