I do all my shopping there. All the people that work there I kind and courteous. Great place to shop.
This is a decent grocery. Deli, bakery, meat, sea food, produce, Starbucks, salad bar, olive bar, fruit bar, bulk food.
They have an alright fancy cheese section. It’s certainly not the cheapest place to grocery up in Burnsville. The parking is a bit of a nightmare with people parking wherever that want to (not in parking spots).
This is where i buy my grocerys.I like it better than any where.Lots of selections of a variety of foods and pharmacy, Bakery ,Dealy, Lots of produce and personal ecentials.
Went to the Starbucks in store. Great experience, the seating area is very nice too. Well kept.
Nice grocery store, great for a quick grocery grab, don't recommend spending to much unless you must its not the cheapest grocery around but great for a last minute or quick item or two grab, meat is on point, BEST meat in town.
Pretty expensive and very little sales. One gal (Casey) and one of the managers, Jeremiah who work the service counter always get a prune face if you return an item (for whatever reason). They act as if you're taking $$ out of their personal pocket! The young people that cashier are very efficient and the baggers are always willing to help you with a 😃 smile.
No competition.
Unclean area where carts are waiting.
Insufficient staff for Deli area.
Bags of groceries are too heavy. I will never understand why they freely use plastic bags but try to load same amount in one or two bags.
Now that Publix is in NC perhaps Ingles will have some competition. Now THEY know. It's all about customers and their satisfaction.
Though this Ingles is probably a little better than most grocery stores the prices are really higher than they should be and I have to take off a star for that. Still if you don't mind the prices the store is nice, the staff are friendly, and the produce is usually fresh. However best of luck to you actually finding a ripe apple in this place the Golden Delicious look and taste like Granny Smith. Other than that it's pretty good but nothing to write home about.
Nearly great. Nearly a five star experience every time you visit. The one glaring issue is the inability to bag items properly. If you don't keep an eye on things, your bread will end with and/or under the heaviest item on your list. Other than that, we love the place.
Clean, well stocked. Road construction made it a bit hard to get in and out, but overall a pretty good experience.
Always clean. Friendly staff.
Plenty of WNC microbrews, and wines. Sushi. Deli subs. Fresh breads.
(And that's barely a sample) Remember your Ingles Advantage card to save $$.
