They do false promises while booking and later do not give the benefit. Cockroaches in newly renovated apartment this is the quality of the apartment.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. The buildings are infested with mice. However, management will lie about this and deny other residents have seen mice. The front door controlled access panel does not work and according to other tenants, it has never worked. The elevators break down often. One of the elevators is broken as I type this. They have stopped giving out guest parking passes so good luck to your visitors when they come to visit you. The building I live in isn't staged with furniture or benches like the main building and it smells like bug spray. The gym is a joke. If I could get out of my lease I would move in a heart beat.

I have lived in many different apartments my whole life, but I have never seen anything like this is sooo freaking hot and my AC is not working and it been like that for weeks. All I wanna do is leave the f.. out of here I don't care about the contract. This place sucks sooo expensive and a bunch of useless people who work here.

MICE, MICE, MICE ALL-DAY LONG!!!! Please do not move here, I've had mice since I've moved hereoffice clueless, came in plug holes and laid mouse traps, now mouse on pad under fridge squeaking mercifully. Unbelievable this is what I pay for each monthDONE out of here when soon my lease is over.

No hot water for whole long winter and summer too.

I moved in in April 2015 and have absolutely loved it. Apartments are clean and appliances like new. The management team that is headed by Christle is EXCELLENT. They are attentive and go above and beyond to accommodate tenants. Any time I have an issue, it has been resolved immediately. I am so grateful that I was able to move into this type of community.
