I have my boat stored there on the hard until December. I bought my boat in April and needed to get it stored quickly so I could fly home. The staff were very friendly and were very helpful with fitting in my boat haul.
The rates are very good and I would recommend this marina to anyone.

I love this place, the staff has been friendly and helpful since the first time I contacted them way back in Key Largo. My prices were confirmed and my instructions were clear. We are having our beloved boat put on the hard for about 6 or 7 months through the hurricane season. They block the boats up proper and strap them to the ground. I am confident that Virginia Lee will be very safe.

I just got a call from the manager at Indiantown marina, He wanted to know why I charged back my America Express credit card for $477.00. I said because it was an unauthorized charge. He said that he he was sorry but that the girls in the office charged me for a month of dockage by mistake. He told me I should have called him first before I stopped payment on my card. It didn't occur to him that before you just charge someones credit card maybe you should call the customer first and get their permission. When I see an unauthorized charge on my card I just dispute it. This guy got all upset because I disputed an unauthorized charge without calling him first. He then proceeded to tell I had other charges I needed to pay for. I just spent $14,000 dollars with this company. I paid my bill in full at the office. I paid for a months dockage in advance and told them when I would be leaving. My big mistake was i didn't check out with the office on the day I left. While my boat was at their dock unattended I forgot to plug the power in. I called Graham to see if he could just go down to my boat and see that it had power and make sure the bilge pump was working. Never heard back from Graham. The charge for that was going to be 2.5 hrs labor. I also asked Graham if somebody could come by and help me put up my sails the day I was leaving. He sent somebody over but I didn't have a part I needed so the guy just left. The charge for that was.5 hrs labor. The guy was there 5 min. They also said I owed several more days of dockage. I checked out the day I told them I would but instead of calling me to see if I was gone they just went ahead and charged my card for a month of dockage. After I left the marina the rudder I had them repair for a few thousand dollars broke down one day later. I called Graham and told him I was at a marina in West Palm Beach. To his credit he drove there and fixed it. I also had leaky hatches I paid them a lot of money to fix but the first hard rain we had the hatches still leaked. I told the manager about this but he still insisted I owed him money. I believe that in looking at the work these guys did that i was overcharged. BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!

What a pleasant surprise! We arrived on New Year's Day so there was no staff on duty but we had made prior arrangements so we went to the fuel dock where we were told to go. The tieup was to piles so it was dificult getting on and off but this is a real charachter marina with very nice facilities for liveaboards and transients alike. They have a galley with a TV and a lounge area with another one so we were able to catch college football and meet some locals. There is an awesome outdoor area for evening gatherings and a campfire pit so we met some other boaters. This place has real charachter and I wouldn't hesitate to return.
