Ugh. I hate to be negative but I gotta be honest. Getting jumped on by a sales person as soon as I walk into the building is not my idea of a welcome, I don't care how solicitous they are. No I don't want coffee or tea. I just wanted to come in and look around without getting pelted with questions. I don't even know exactly what I'm looking for. That's why I just want to look around. In peace. But all throughout the store, the salesperson was loitering near just waiting for a chance to swoop in, armed with her measuring tape and vast knowledge of fabric options. Kinda felt like she thought I was gonna steal something. I won't be returning here to purchase. It's the furniture equivalent of a used car lot. If u like someone to follow u around constantly and fawn on ur every word in order to make a sale then you'll love this place! That's overly aggressive sales tactics, Imo. It's definitely not my cup of tea. From what I was able to see the prices were pretty high. I guess u gotta pay for those pitbull sales peeps somehow.

Very impressed from start to finish!! Sam, our salesman, was very helpful and easy to talk to, not pushy at all. He was knowledgeable of his products and the options that were available. Impressed again as Brian and AJ made our delivery, extremely courteous, and careful with the new furniture. We were overwhelmed by how careful they were making a delivery on a rainy day and setting up the furniture on light colored carpet!! Highly recommend these fine young men!!!!

Waited 40 mins for service. Saw salesman look at us several times and ignore us. Finally the other salesman who was legitimately busy finally got to us. Only to find out, just like many of these Google reviews say, their products are way overpriced compared to other stores of better build quality.

Deb, you were an absolute pleasure helping us with our purchase ( and my 2 pesky kids). Excellent customer servicenot pushy at all. Knowledgeable friendly staff, quality furniture for reasonable prices. You are not going to find a better price for custom and 100 percent wood furniture anywhere else.

This is a review of our experience with Indiana Furniture and delivery. We had downsized and made a major move selling much of our furniture. When we got into the new house we made several trips to Indiana Furniture. From the knowledgeable floor staff assisting in our decision making to the delivery staff it was a pleasure. The store regularly updated us on our status of our order as we had multiple tickets open and varied delivery times as a result the deliveries were on time as scheduled.

I have an Indiana Furniture executive desk that I absolutely love. About a year ago I lost my desk key and out of despair I called a locksmith to break into it. While I was moving my office 2 months ago I was reminded that my desk was from Indiana Furniture.. So on a whim I had my assistant call and see about the possibility of a spare key. Christine B. the Customer Service Supervisor sent me the key within a day or 2 and even included a handwritten message. I am so thankful l. Thank you to all at Indiana Furniture.

it is Friday, 7/21, and I just left Indiana Furniture with the biggest smile on my face and heart! A huge thank you to Kendra for being so kind and helping me out with a part for my Southern Motion chair - I was in a bind and she came to my rescue!! And, Jill was there to lend support she is an awesome person as well; she sold us our two chairs 2 years ago and still remembered me. The customer service is terrific and will be coming back to purchase one of their gorgeous bedrooms sets next! The "home town touch" is always nice to find when shopping locally thanks, again, Indiana Furniture!

Staff was warm and inviting. They took their time with us while we decided on a purchase. Staff was able to answer all of our questions. Anything they were unsure of they researched to give us an answer. Would highly recommend them for furniture needs. Great people.

If you tell a salesperson you don't want help, they will usually still follow you around the store from a distance which is uncomfortable, if I need help I will let someone know.

Our experience at Indiana Furniture was great. We were waited on immediately, everyone was friendly and helpful. Jacqui was our sales associate and she was outstanding. She was patient, worked hard to help us find the right piece and was genuinely fun to work with.

I went to Indiana furniture to buy a sofa, loveseat, recliner, chair and Ottoman, two end tables and a coffee table for my livingroom.I also was going to buy two curio cabinets for my family room in my new home. I looked around and decided on the things I wanted during this time NO ONE ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP! I started looking for someone to help me but saw employees talking among themselves. The store was not that busy but I couldn't get anyone to even acknowledge I was even there. Maybe I looked like I didn't have money? jeans, tee shirt, nike's, designer bag? After an hour and 45 minutes I walked out.they lost my buisness and it would have been a big sale.
