Well below ZERO! I was stuck going here after Dr. Miller quit. This place is unorganized, unprofessional and a insurance rip off racket !! At my first appointment I spent 5.5 hrs in the waiting room. You must call and request med refill 7 days before an appt. Go to appt. Wait upwards of 5hrs. to be seen by a different doctor every time. Go to the vein clinic next door every month. -- 98% of every patient seen has vein reflux according to them and needs their vein stripped according to them. I filed a complaint with my insurance per another specialist's advice and CFPC discharged me as a patient saying that I was "Non compliant & drug seeking" WTH!? I suffer from RA, Lupus, Fibromyalgia and degenerative disc disease..drug seeking my ass. They knew that my Social Security Disability was pending so they sent a letter to SSD stating that I violated the narcotic agreement in order to obtain narcotics! When my medical records from there were requested after my complaint and original review on here from 6 months ago they had changed multiple things in my medical records from previous copies of my medical record obtained earlier. Unprofessional & unethical on top of illegal !

Well below ZERO! There is no communication in this office what so ever! Anyone that gets stuck going here had better plan on long wait times, excessive appointments and them trying to make you get procedures that aren't necessary. Cancel an appointment and they will discharge you. What a F'en joke !!!

They have a awesome staff who treat you like family.They are dedicated to making you feel less pain as possible. Also, they strive to work with you to see what helps ease the pain the best.

Horrible office in a whole. Cant ever snswer the phone then when you walk im its Lie after lie to my significant other. I really don't think they have a clue what the other hand is doing. More hoops to go thru with no help with the pain at all, yet clain test results are your and untrue ehile another office diesbt shiw the sane results. Serms scandalous! Its very sad Dr.Miller's office left atleast he actually treated people and not just bilked the insurance companies with unnecessary test after test while these test were just performed but the staff is to lazy to put on the correct charts. I guess it's ok to leave people in pain for months and take away any help because this office as a whole can't do their tasks. Pathetic and unethical

Can never get thru the phone lines. Staff failed to send proper paperwork out which resulted in me being denied twice for my treatment. They cancel appointments in a very untimely manner. Just very disappointed in the service here. This is my first time using a pain doctor.. Awful experience

This doctor seemed to be a good one then after almost losing my life and spending 2 1/2 months in hospital throws me out says he won't treat me anymore cuz his staff told me it was ok to get script from hospital filled. Do not go here, he thinks all patients are drug seeking until otherwise proven! That is not how a doc is supposed to be. He is now responsible for seizures due to no pain control after 3 back surgery. 2 of which were emergency. Infected wit MRSA, CDiff and Ecoli . I'm not drug seeking I am in horrible pain daily that id rather die then continue to live with. You try living at 9/10 pain level all day everyday! Uncaring unprofessional Doctor! Only in it for money!
