Bolling will not give you your PD measurement to order glasses online unless you pay a $40 fee. Apparently the state of Indiana allows them to charge extra for this service. I filed a complaint with insurance company to hopefully get them dropped from the list of providers so no-one else goes through this ridiculous racket. Avoid Bolling - find a provider that cares about your eyesight more than the $$'s.

The optometrist I was assigned, starts off nice, but she does not listen to what the patient says. And after two attempts, I am now having to pay again, for another optometrist appointment and contavt lenses. No one in their right mind prescribes lenses far below what you rate during the exam. I am stuck with useless lenses, headaches, blurry vision,and an empty wallet.
