Happened to stop in on my way to purchase a desk & lateral file cabinet from a nearby store. They had the same desk & file cabinet at a lower cost. Both were delivered when promised. Good customer service at the store with Hirrum. Delivered on the date & time promised. Delivery men were professional. Furniture is good quality.

I highly recommend In Your Office. I needed some desks, chairs and glass chair mats for a new office we were furnishing. Hirrum and his team came out, measured, made great recommendations that met our our budget nicely. The installers were on time and super professional. Solid experience all around.

Absolutely terrible customer service: ordered expensive piece of furniture with delivery. We had the house professionally cleaned for Xmas just 2 days before the actual delivery happened. They could actually bring the piece before cleaners were scheduled, but the girl on the phone did her best to push it for later date (even though they were already late), making sure the times are convenient for them, not us. Delivery guys walked on a clean carpet, even after being asked not to do so. Our pet has allergy issue, so we gotta call ChemDry again. When I called the store and talked to their manager, she was totally uncooperative, and quickly hang up on me. Never again (I need to buy $5K-$10K of office furniture from the same manufacturer, to match, but surely won't buy it from that store).
