This was a great experience and Jon my sales Specialist made my Q3 the easiest car I've ever leased. He was really knowledgeable about the product and did whatever it took including delivering the vehicle to my work with the paperwork and everything! Gary the General Sales Manager even got involved and Brady my finance guy was stellar too. Can't say enough about how pleased I am. Leasing my next one here for sure!

I recently bought a car from Joey Heinauer and had a wonderful car buying experience. I had previously bought many cars over the years (for me, my wife, and kids to use), and it was by far the best experience of them all. I met with Joey on 3 different days, and test drove 3 cars, including one twice. He was always very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and in no hurry. I never felt pressured to make a decision. I also really enjoyed talking with Joey in general. He is a great guy.

I bought an Audi TT roadster. I have been looking at them for some time, but when I saw this particular one I loved it. Junior was great with his knowledge about the car and the process was easy and enjoyable. I would recommend Day Audi to anyone looking for a great car and a good deal on a new car. Very good experience buying my first car. Joey Heinauer and Brady Wonderly helped me. Both were extremely knowledgeable. Joey knew the car inside and out, as well as how it compared to other cars and the unique features of each one. Joey was able to explain the different payment plans very thoroughly and Brady was able to explain in great detail different parts of the contract when it came to signing and the different scenarios in which something might be used. Day was a great place to go for my first car and the employees were as friendly as could be also the cars are in amazing condition and look brand new. I highly recommend!

My entire experience at Day Volkswagen was absolutely superb! My car salesman, Joey Heinauer, was extremely kind, and also very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and also made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. It is clear that Joey is truly a genuine person and values his customers. Overall, my experience at Day VW was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I stopped at Imports by Day just to look at one of the cars that I was interested in. Darren brought the car out front and showed many of the features, and got us on the road for a test drive. He had a great test drive route planned that covered main highways as well as back roads so that you can really get to see how the car handles. Darren was informative and friendly, and even after going over the numbers was not pushy or impatient to get an answer. He let me take the time that I needed to make the right decision. Thanks to Darren and Andy, my trip here was a very positive experience, I would recommend them both (and of course this dealership!)

Not so good experience at Day Auto dealership, post the test-drive and financing application.

I had gone to the dealership to check out the Audi A4 2014 model. After Darren Burns (Sales rep) showed me the vehicle and we took it for a spin, I fell in love wit the car and went ahead to start processing the financing for the car. Andy Chelko (finance rep) helped me out with utmost courtesy and said all papers look fine and we should get more information from the credit check about the terms of payment. During that time, Darren had left office and so I called him up to let him know that the papers have been submitted for verification. Upon which he told me that they will hold the car for me, since things seem to falling in place. I did understand that my employer verification took more time than expected and it was a long weekend (Memorial Day 2017).
However, when I called up on May 30th, 2017, to check on the update, I was informed that the car was not available anymore. I was frustrated, but I rationalized that the sales rep do have to meet the end-of-the-month targets. However, after reflecting back, I would've at least expected a call-back from Darren Burns or the dealership letting me know about sale that was about to happen. I could've done something to keep still have the car or at most told them to go ahead with the sale.

I felt cheated on a promise that was made by Darren, and was left in the lurch to look out for another car. Andy did offer me to come check other options, but those were not within my budget, and for the price-mileage combination I was getting on the Audi A4 I was interested in. It was very unprofessional of Darren to sell the car under me, especially after letting me know that he would hold it under further notification.

The test-drive and other service was great, but I would be cautious in dealing with their professionalism, when they couldn't even keep a simple promise like "we'll hold a vehicle for you."

I'm always afraid of getting swindled at a dealership when I go to look at a car to purchase, but I do feel I was treated fairly and with respect by both Junior and the Finance Manager (whose name I do not remember). I went in with a budget in mind and both gentlemen worked with me very well and gave what I believe to be a great price for my used 2015 Jetta Hybrid. I also worked with Andy while taking care of the paperwork. I would especially like to point out that all staff I worked with were knowledgeable in answering any questions (which were plenty) that I asked. Thank you to Imports By Day and please keep up the same level of service with all customers.

I recently purchased a used Audi from Day and was very impressed with the entire experience. Darren took the time to show me the features of the car. He didn't push at all but let me know he was willing to help and answer any questions I had. He made the entire process painless and was clearly very well educated about both the vehicle I was purchasing and Audi in general. I purchased a used Audi previously from another dealership and while I'm glad I purchased the car, I didn't get the same personal attention and great service that I did from Darren. Andy from finance was also awesome. Filling out all of the paperwork can be tedious, but he had a great sense of humor and was personable so the whole process was painless. Overall, I felt like Darren and Andy both wanted to make sure I got what I was looking for and needed with my vehicle and the warranties, service packages, etc. I never felt pressured and was confident I was getting a fair deal. I'm an Audi driver for life, and I definitely will be going back to Imports by Day when I'm ready for another vehicle in the future. I can't say enough good things about how I was treated and would recommend the dealership to anyone. Plus, I LOVE the car.
