I had a bad burn on hand that was very painful. I was seen immediately, given pain control and treatment. Many thanks to Dr Steinman, Brandon and the very kind receptionist that helped me. Awesome care. I strongly recommend.

I ha an emerncy and went to this urgent care first. They sent me to Er in either bremerton or silverdale. I went to bremerton cause I thought there
were less people, only 2, before we left for an hours drive to ER. I shouldve gone to Silverdale its closer and wouldve been less people when we got there. I'm just thankful theres some doctors that actually know whats going on without asking. These people were friendly and have been from the start. They make it a positive experience and a happy one. They are professional at the same time. Glad I went here!

I've been in a lot of ER's in my life & I have found these people to be absolutely first class. Totally competent, period. Their doctors are first class, their PA's are first class, their nurses are first class & their office personnel are first class. I cannot say enough good about these people & this facility. They have a very stressful job & they do it to the best of their ability, always! For those of you who have had a poor experience & have left a poor review, it's probably the story of your life. Go somewhere else! I would trust these people with my life, without hesitation!

PA Michael Slentz was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He spent the time necessary to make me feel better about my symptoms. Didn't feel rushed. A great visit from the moment I came through the front doors. Highly recommend this facility.

Great urgent care clinic. Front staff and dr were excellent. Prompt service and provided great care. Staff followed up with a call the next day to see how I was doing.

Quick and friendly. This place gets you in and out in much quicker than any other urgent care I've been to, this makes a huge difference when you don't feel well and just want to be home.

Very helpful! I loved that I was able to call and get on the waiting list then drive to the appointment and not have to wait so long in the waiting room. The staff is always very helpful and the doctors are friendly and caring. I have not had one bad experience there yet!

Thank you so much, you made my daughter very happy during her visit and the nurse Kayla is amazing! There was another male nurse who did mickey mouse voices to make her laugh. Thank you both and thanks to the doctor who treated my daughter.
