The master stylist had gone to get a coffee. She was not customer friendly (I think she wanted the coffee more than money) Sent me away after arguing my style was impossible. I went right to the next store and got my style, NO PROBLEM

Kacey not only does a terrific job with cutting and styling, she is amazing with color. This is the best hair cut I've had in years! And before I got my cut she finished up a overall color and highlights for a woman that turned out gorgeous. I recommend Kacey!

I've been going to Rachel for over 5 years and I absolutely love her! After many bad hair cuts at Cost Cutters I finally decided that a $30 hair cut is worth it, especially if I'm not leaving in tears! I highly recommend Rachel - she is probably the best stylist they have in this salon.

I got my haircut by a girl named Taylor and she butchered it. When I went back to get it fixed they had her do it again. I now look like an altar boy. I'm a 24 year old woman and I've never had a cut as bad as this. If you value your hair at all DO NOT COME HERE. Just don't do it. There are other options. Any Regis salon I've been to hires terrible stylists. This is not my first bad experience a Regis salon, and yes, Images is owned by them. I will now have to spend another $40 to get my hair cut again and it will be even shorter. Thank you Taylor for robbing me of the next two years I could have been happy with a longer cut. Don't do it.
