Update: I'm a photographer who's been using Image Arts Etc. exclusively for the past two years to print images for exhibitions in galleries and museums. Every image they've made for me has been perfect, and their customer service is outstanding. They've always come through, even when I've asked for turn-around times of a day or less. And when I have more time, they always have my job ready before my requested pick-up. I would not use anyone else. Highly recommended!

We worked on many kinds of projects with the folks from Image Arts, from digitizing old images, framing complex (and large) artwork, and even getting digital photography tips. Wonderful people.

I can't speak highly enough of Image Arts! I had an emergency - I needed two large size prints for a show, due to the gallery in two days, and my digital files were damaged. Jay worked with me by phone, e-mail and finally in the store to sort through my files, find usable ones and restore my pictures with the cropping and filters I needed. He created my prints immediately, knowing I was on a deadline. Outstanding knowledge, customer service and results - my prints are beautiful. Thanks again, Jay and Image Arts - I'll be back!

I'm afraid our encounter with Image Arts was a disaster. The wire for the picture they framed (at substantial expense) broke after about two months. This meant not only a pile of glass in our living room and a cut hand (endless particles of glass). Above all, this meant a damaged--and invaluable picture. While they agreed to fix the frame (and in the process changed the wire height meaning we had to rehang it from scratch) they offered nothing for the damaged picture which was entirely their fault. We're now out an invaluable picture in addition to the headaches. I've never had a frame fall from the wall before--much less one so expensive--but that's what I got at Image Arts.
