Coffee and staff were great. The facility was a little dirty, but okay for an interstate stop. I'd visit again.

Really love this place and I have been a long time customer. The staff are friendly and learn your name and order quickly. It's not uncommon for us to chat a bit when I order, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Come here. They'll always treat you right.

I'm originally from the North and much prefer it over Starbucks. Sad when they shut down most of their stores. When I moved to the Atlanta area a few years ago, I was happy to see some Caribous around. I have had some good experiences with friendly staff here, had some mediocre experiences, and now I have had 2 unpleasant experiences (not the friendliest staff and have had "open" sign lit up and door unlocked, waiting, then being turned away in a manor that makes me wonder if it's more to do with them not wanting to work than really being closed) making me really question whether to even bother going anymore. It is already out of my way. I hope all of this is due to being in Atlanta (I haven't found this city or surrounds to have much Southern hospitality) but at any rate it's no wonder Caribou has been shutting down stores. Just overall sad.

The vibe is better than any Starbucks, and although the prices are a bit higher, the quality is above the standard. Plus, the food is so much tastier! I highly recommend the dark chocolate mocha - delicious with a dark chocolate espresso bean.
