Cortney did an amazing job helping to plan my
Mom’s memorial service ! I live in AZ and had to plan from there for our summer Dallas Center service ! Cortney was so on top of things and responded immediately to emails . The staff was very professional and helpful every step of the way. From the advanced pre-planning to the time of my fathers passing and putting the final touches on the service itself. Everything about dad’s celebration of life was filled with personal touches making it very special and fitting. I highly recommend Robin and the staff at Isles. They have even checked in with us even after the service showing their compassion and understanding of such a difficult time. They really made the process much easier.

We could not have been more pleased with the level of care and support we received at Iles Funeral Homes in Dallas Center and from the staff at the office. Everyone was caring, quick to respond to questions or make corrections during the preparations and throughout the entire process. Laura was very attentive to details and was very professional while showing care and support to us. They made our family time together during this difficult time to celebrate our mom, grandmother, friend so much easier.
