When our dear mother passed away Randy Freese at Iles Westover Funeral Home was our saving grace. Randy and Iles Funeral Home have been there for many of our family members, always providing us comfort in such hard times for our family. They provide impeccable service, doing exactly what the family wants. They clearly lay out the costs, in a way that is easy to understand, which is so important when you are dealing with the loss of a loved one and sometimes not thinking so clearly. Randy and everyone at Iles Funeral Home have always treated us with kindness, respect, and compassion. One last point, they go far above the expectation because as the months have gone by after the loss of our mom, they continually touch base with us and provide tools to deal with our grief. We highly recommend Randy Freese at Iles Funeral Home.

Kelly Broderick and the team at Iles Westover were incredible partners in the planning and delivery of memorial services for our departed Mother. Kelly and team made a difficult process very straightforward and tailored to the needs of our family. The occasion and process was sad, sweet and even a bit light hearted! Very personal and professional - we couldn't recommend them more - thank you Kelly!

We thank Iles Funeral Home Westover Chapel for the outstanding services provided to our family throughout the years. As described by Mark Iles, the funeral home was founded by his father, Chuck Iles, in 1960, demonstrating longevity and achievement of goals. Mark and his brother, Mike, give great weight to quality of service including new technology to adapt to family expectations, compassionate and caring personnel, and close relationships with families in the community. While we are grateful for the entire outstanding staff at Iles, we recognize the most recent exemplary service provided by Amy, Elizabeth, Sidra, and Nancy.
As a post script, thank you for use of the kitchen and children's play area!

Having to plan a funeral while grieving for a loved one is an extremely difficult task. However, the team at Iles Westover Funeral Home could not be better. The service, compassion, and attention to detail went above and beyond our expectations. Amy and her team were kind, caring, understanding, helpful and made sure everything was exactly the way my family wanted things. They made themselves available at all times during the process for any questions or requests we had with professionalism and understanding. After the funeral, they called to see how the family was doing and if we needed anything from them. We received a book that had all the information from the service, including contact information and floral arrangements. While losing a loved one is hard, Iles Westover Funeral Home made this an easier and peaceful experience.

I am posting a review for Iles Westover Funeral home because I feel that people should know what an utmost professional and beautiful service they provide to families during what is surely the most difficult time in their lives. Three of the kindest, most sensitive individuals (Amy Sweet, John Smith and Bill O’Donnell) helped me plan and carry out my husband’s service. We had not pre planned any of our arrangements so many decisions had to be made. They helped our family through a most difficult process from beginning to end and all with grace and professionalism. I cannot express how thankful we were for their help. You will be treated as if you are their family. They made every accommodation to us possible. They provided help after services as well, delivering flowers to my home and delivering flowers that we donated as well. This is a place that provides service with a generous heart.
