Customer service seriously lacking. The portable toilet was located at a private residence for use at a equine assisted service program for Veterans. Despite calling the company several times, they continued to clean the portable restroom at 5 AM (sometimes on Sundays), waking the entire family. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they wouldn’t leave right away, but instead idle at the end of the driveway for 10 minutes or more - and then proceed to argue with the homeowner when asked to leave. Unless you are a large customer, it’s clear you’re unimportant to CPR. I’ll find someone else who appreciates my $185/month.

Very poor, rude driver. Took up the entire sidewalk in Framingham. Asked him where I should walk and he said “The other side of the street.” He said “Keep walking, so I did.” Then 5 minutes later he drives by me being and yelling.

I've had these restrooms on job sites they are fast, clean and always maintaind they always look brand-new and the guys that clean them are awesome and go above and beyond.
