Place is amazing. There is a very nostalgic atmosphere here that isn't in your face. Just a classic diner and bar. The music is good, the staff is better, but the food Is amazing. The Ido Burger was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. The sign recommended reservations on the weekends. I went on a Thursday at 4pm and it was dead.

We love the food! BUT when we called to place our order (we order from here almost every week) the girl who answered told us it was too busy for her to take our order and told us to call back. I understand being busy but I’ve never heard of a restaurant telling someone to “call back” then they never answered when we did :( unfortunately have to find another place to eat..

Went for Sweetest Day. Made reservations ahead. Had surf and turf. Absolutely delicious! Been coming for years. Love their hamburger special on Wed. too! Gotta try them out. Won't be disappointed.

I had a good Kate's Cobb salad. They had many other things and big steaks/prime in the 25 to $30 range. A bit pricey for me I guess. Nice wait staff. Me and a friend tipped extra. Good sesame-crusted French bread. Small bar, big dining room.

Very nice casual restaurant with nice variety of entrees. Hamburgers at 1/2 price on Wednesday nite. Outstanding burger and fries.

We have been coming here for years. We love it. They offer a nice menu and good drink selection. Service is always good. It's a nice casual place. They offer specials and different seasonal type stuff. The fried pickles are amazing!

I worked here in high school and it's still as good as it was then. Great food. Half price burgers on Wednesdays can't be beat either!

Great food! I'm visiting from out of town and I ended up going here twice! They have great discounts throughout the week also. Wednesday is 1/2 off burgers and they are huge, definitely worth the full price, but 1/2 off makes it so much better!!! Also had the meatloaf, it's very yummy! Made home style, just like from your mom's kitchen!

First time in the place tonight. No doubt about it the food is great however I have the Capenelli and it wasn't very good. Wasn't offered anything different or discounted. I wasn't looking for a discount just saying nothing was offered after I said it wasn't good. Also prices being great could be up for debate. I ordered a summer shandy which came in a tiny 12oz mug and was charged $5.25. I get 24oz around akron for $6- $7. I will go back and try other things for sure

Fantastic dive bar in akron with excellent food. Their all you can eat fish on Fridays is very tasty and it's 9.99 for fries bread and hot rice with coleslaw. They also have walleye and lake perch for lent. Definitely recommend!
