My boyfriend and I order take out here pretty regularly. Staff is always very nice and courteous. Food is always fresh and delicious. The portions are massive and everything is priced reasonably.
Always hits the spot when I'm craving American-Chinese food!
General tso chicken tasted like bbq sauce. It was wierd and not normal but everyone has to make it there own. I put three stars for that reason.
Iits always good. Good hours. Good people. Price is right.
First visit based on reviews and honestly Cleveland, I don't see how anyone would give them anything higher than two stars unless this is the only Chinese restaurant you've ever eaten at. Sesame chicken pieces were way too big, sauce was lumpy and as bland asheck, I can't even think of anything that bland and I even asked to make it spicy. Fried rice, yeah they had it and I'm sure it was fried 3-4 hours ago at a minimum. Brings me to their table mustard and sweet and sour sauce, both had the consistency of water and to my amazement, it nearly shot off the table when I tilted the container. Believe me, I'm no food snob/critic, but I've been doing this eating thing for 47 years and I love Chinese restaurants, but come on. really? Onto the staff; they were great and the only reason for two stars. Friendly, helpful, attentive, but they had to be since it was only 8:15 pm on a Monday and I was the only person in the restaurant. Surprise, surprise and I should have took that as an immediate hint. Me = not so smart, I stayed. People, please do yourself a solid and venture out, trying a few other places before committing Jade's as your holy grail, Chinese go-too. It's like marrying the girl you met in 7th grade and never dating. You have no idea what your missing out on in this big beautiful world. Ole' Jade's, I'm sure you had your time as King, Emperor, whatever, but I am sorry to say, that ship has sailed.
Been coming here for years, thanks for all the good service and smiles shared😁
Nice place great staff and great food. If something is not on the menu they will make for you. Lemon gai. No windows or view, kinda freaks me out. A lot of people loitering around outside ,worry when walking in or out and safety of my car
good food, fast service and good prices
My experience was definitely NOT what i had expected. First off, they didnt give me the meal i ordered. Second, the food they DID get me looked so gross. And third the cups of whatever they put in the bag spilled all over the bag. I ended up paying 18 dollars just to eat some damn rice. Never going here ever again.
Got food from here cause my regular spot was closed for independence day. Paid almost 7 dollars for 6 tiny pieces of tofu in not very good general tsos sauce. Taste like a gravy almost.
Always fast and friendly service, homey(even when you pick up- super nice), prices are very good too!
Fast, and great sized portions of food. The General Tso Chicken is my favorite
Food compares to Dragon Towers over at Kamm's in style and taste, actually think this place does a few dishes better. Some variability in food quality through the week, Monday is always good. Very nice staff who will remember you. Chicken out of this kitchen is so good.
Best Chinese food in northeast Ohio. Actual chicken breasts breaded. Best pork fried rice and fresh egg rolls. Also has quaint dinning area.
One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in cleveland. Delicious food, good portions, and clean. Have had multiple things from there, always well done except the sweet and sour chicken.
