Replaced rotting sections with new soffit, fascia and frieze using Hardy material all around the house. Spray painted new installation and complemented colors by accenting existing shutters and garage doors. Installation and painting completed in 3 1/2 days. Workers displayed their specialized skills with professionalism and keen expertise. Roof Specialist Paul McArthur guided our decision making process with singular expertise and experience. Ideal Roofing should be included when soliciting bids for any roofing work on your to do list.

Ideal Roofing sent out Denton Chiles, who was extremely unprofessional, to inspect my roof 2 weeks ago. He I needed some new shingles and siding, still waiting for the quote despite having reached out several times. I’m assuming what I need fixing isn’t enough for Ideal Roofing to make a significant profit of to bother with. Also, I called a few days ago about an attic ladder install, also no response. Shocking since I only contacted this company because they came recommended by Tom Tynan. Inspector also uses derogatory terms like “buddy”, I understand I’m s young homeowner, but I feel like that’s just very unprofessional.

These guys are great roofers. If you need commercial quality, hard to execute roofing - there is no better. I did PVC and metal with them after another company botched the job - they were outstanding on execution.
