Front office a bit slow to respond at first but subsequent interaction was fine. Nurse was smiling, pleasant and professional. Dr. Was very pleasant, cordial and professional. He offered his recommendation for further treatment to which we agreed. A pacemaker will be placed next week and we have every faith and confidence in the doctor and his staff!

We had a very good doctor visit he explained very clearly in our small talk to let us know how things were about ablation. He explained in small words that we could understand and not in the big words that lots of people are not able to understand the big words so we have a very good doctor appointment

First time here. All staff PA and Doctor were excellent . Thoroughly questioned me and layered info to give doctor. I was treated with compassion and great medical wisdom . Grateful for above and beyond excellent care. Respectfully, Brenda Burton

The original hospital part was good. After surgery, I feel great as far as my surgery went. In the meantime I have felt as if my heart and its use are not even there. I give a grade A to the drs. And the resulting office checkup was also grade A. Good explanation of what was going on and hopefully the future as far as my heart Rythm is going to stay good.

    This was my first visit.
To me my health is top priority, therefore I was searching for a heart specialist that would not just hear my concerns but listen attentively to address such concerns with the utmost bedside manner of professionalism, and prescribe the appropriate care, as needed.
Fortunately, this time I didn't have to Doc.hop. Meaning:
I felt satisfied with Dr. Banshal's recommendations and professionalism to which I saw no need to search further.
The environment was warm and welcoming and staff was very professional and attentive as well.
