Everyone we interacted with from Elliott Roofing is very professional and we had a great experience with our roof replacement. (Ethan Sell, Hollis Lamb, Drew Scott, Michael Milligan, Micah Paul, and long ago Chris King to be specific), My first experience with Elliott roofing was to patch an area of our roof where there was storm damage. They did a great job on the repair and were very honest about the condition of our roof which was not in need of replacement yet. I knew then they would be bidding on our roof replacement when the time came. 8 years later it was clearly time for for a new roof. I contacted several contractors and although Elliott was not the lowest bidder they also were the most thorough when working up the quote. I knew there would be no surprises, and as expected everything went very smoothly. They did a great job on the roof, didn’t damage any of our many plants, shrubs, and trees around the house, and left no mess! They made sure we have all the warranty information for the materials they used including the solar powered vent fans they suggested which we really like.

Elliott Roofing is reliable, honest, and very knowledgeable. It can be unnerving to access a roof and determine if a new roof, new flashing ect. Is needed when you cannot see it for yourself. As a realtor, i have to have companies i can trust and will do what’s in the best interest of every client. Elliott roofing is that company. I have been extremely pleased with the customer service, quality craftsmanship, and professionalism received throughout the entire process for my personal home and with my clients who have trusted them. Assistance with insurance after storms, improvements to existing roofs and real personal service are the keys of a great company. I would highly recommend Elliott Roofing to anyone who wants quality and superior service for their roofing needs.

Recently had issues with both attic fans dying. I contacted Elliott Roofing to get a quote on replacing the systems and ensuring I found someone who wouldn’t perform substandard work. Not surprising, based on great reviews, the team at Elliott was extremely responsive, professional, and installed both turbines in record time! I look forward to working with a team like this when the time comes to replace my roof!

After several bids from other Roofing companies, we decided to use Elliott. They were so professional and made sure we understood every step of the process. Since we were expecting a change in the weather they brought two crews and completed the job within 12 hours on one day. This included new decking, among all the other components of a new roof. Each person was dedicated to doing the best quality job and it shows. They came back the following day to inspect the work and examine the property to ensure they had cleaned meticulously. Michael Sorvig, the sales representative was especially professional, honest, and patient and explained every step of the process. He is an outstanding communicator. Drew, the general manager was very helpful and on top of everything through the entire process, and kept us informed. Raul, is one of their field supervisors and when we told him we needed special treatment for a couple of parts of our roof, he personally handled those parts, and reexamined the entire roof for us. We could not be more impressed with their work and their customer service. We highly recommend Elliott Roofing.
