I have used this company before for mowing and they were great. Used them recently for a one time mow and was not happy with the results. My yard still looked the same after they came out. I contacted them and they asked for pictures. The response I got was not what I expected. She said she could sort of tell along the fence line line that it had been mowed and then offered another service (not mowing, something about seeding). Never using this company again. They were once a great company but not anymore.

I have been using this service for basic lawn mowing all year, and I haven't had a problem with them. I drive a truck, so I'm gone all week, and don't get a lot of time off. As far as I know they've never missed a mowing, other than for rain, and as soon as it dried up my yard would get cut. They send out emails when there's going to be a delay which I really like. The staff has always been super friendly when I call in to pay my invoice, and the one or two times I have somehow bumped into them while they were out mowing. I recommend them.

If I could rate this company as a “zero,” I would definitely do so. I was in the process of growing new grass and they kept trampling on it. Most recently, they tried to mow when it was obviously too wet (it poured the night before) and gouged holes in my yard and tore up/trampled parts of the new grass I had been growing. They then came out to “fix” their mistake after I had already fixed it and they ended up spreading straw on top of what I had already done. I had to go back and remove that straw. They also threw seed all over my yard without securing it. Its to wash away the next time it rains. One mistake was enough, but me having to go back and fix their “handiwork” a second time was absolutely infuriating. As if all that weren’t enough, they left the rusty wires from the straw in my yard too.

IF THIS COMPANY HASNT ALREADY BEEN NOTIFIED, THEY ARE FIRED EFFECTIVE TODAY.

EDIT: (response to owner) I was a customer of this company. Ten months ago. I’m still thankful I broke up with them. If you are looking for competent lawn care, I recommend Poehlmanns. Definitely not these turkeys.

I was quite happy they responded in such a timely manner. My new home had a few lawn issues and they took care of them quickly. I was also pleasantly surprised that my yardcare was lead by an outgoing lady. I would highly suggest this company. In terms of cost, it was worth it 100%. Sorry to people asking for a rate comparison most everyone else ignored my call or wouldn't give me the time of day without an actual appointment.

We reached out to the Mow-It-Alls to do some hardscaping and drainage corrections in our backyard. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry, setting an appointment, and giving me an estimate on labor and cost. The crew that came out was extremely polite and would ask us questions if there was a concern that came up doing the work vs just deciding what should be done an hoping we were okay with it.
