Got my daughter in on short notice to repair and fill a nail that she had broken. If you're needing a great nail technician ask for Tiffany. She does excellent work.

Do NOT go to this place!! Horrible customer service, they rush when they do your nails and over charge you for THEIR mistakes- I will never go back! Don’t waste your time! It was my first time there and it was by far the worst experience and a nail salon ever. Don’t do it!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went in to get a pedicure with a French tip and a manicure for my daughter and I. Well instead of them asking me to come back when they had time, they offered a basic pedicure Only. That was ok Because I had to go pick my daughter up from school. The tech did a very Half ass job and charged me $28 Oh and that was Without the French tip because I changed my polish to a solid color!!!($28 for a Rushed basic pedicure with one color. Ok) so I return with my daughter which we Both got a manicure and our polish last 2 DAYS!!!! When I called to schedule to come have them fix it they told me Regular nail polish only last 2-3 days and they recommend gel polish for natural nails! Thats BS!!! I NEVER GET GEL AND I ONLY WEAR MY NATURAL NAILS AND THE POLISH LAST AT LEAST A FULL WEEK OR TWO!! They have Cheap products and Piss Poor service!!!

NASTYYYYYY!!!! THEY CHARGE A LOT FOR SERVICES BUT ARE GROSSSSS!! They have towels rolled up in a basket to wipe your hands on after you get a service done, It looked clean BUT DON'T let rolled up towels fool you!!! I FOUND SOMEONE'S OLDDDD ACRYLIC NAIL in the towel I was wiping my hands on. I figured that it was just not my day and I had grabbed a bad towel, so I went ahead and still got a pedicure.. EWWWWW BADDDD IDEA!!!! I got an upgraded pedicure with PARAFFIN WAX and GOT STABBED BY A TOENAIL IN THE WAX!!! It even started to ITCH AND GET IRRATATED, THEY DEFINITELY REUSE IT!!! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

Worst experience ever. Paid 89$ for a horrible experience. Appointmen made for 3:30 and did not get my nails done until 5. That's when they startedwe didn't leave until after 8pm and the manager TIFFANY was very rude and unapologetic.

Great environment, friendly people and good prices (pedis are a bit expensive but if done right it's worth it)! Have been coming here for 6 months straight now with Maritza and always leaving happy(: Great nail artist turn to friend! Definitely recommend them!!

I went in yesterday at 3pm and asked how long it would be to get my gel polish soaked off, get a gel manicure and to get my eyebrows waxed. They said 5 minutes because the woman was finishing up with someones nails. Sounded great! I sat down and the woman began soaking my nails. She said it would take 10 minutes. Two other customers walked in and wanted to get their eyebrows done so the man at the door told the woman doing my nails to do that first and he would take my polish off. My nails sat in the acetone for 45 minutes! Until the skin on my fingers started to peel. When I took them out the man told me they needed to soak longer. At 4:15 the woman came back(1 hour later). She was very nice but the "manicure" was nothing short of horrific! She mutilated my nails, I have 16 cuts on my cuticles that are still bleeding this morning and burn everytime I wash my hands. Everytime she would cut me she would say "sorry, you just have a lot of cuticle". I get a manicure every 2 weeks so they can't be that bad. I didn't want to be rude because she was very nice but I let her finish. When I was at the register the man saw me wiping the blood off my fingers and says, "was everything great?". I didn't have time to do my eyebrows after being there for 2.5 hours and paid $45 for a "manicure" they didn't even massage my hands and arms. Worst experience of my life, you couldn't pay my to go back to this awful establishment if my life depended on it. Absolutely sorry excuse for a nail salon. Take your hard earned money and valuable time elsewhere.

it was absolutely awful the people were so rude and disrespectful. The lady doing my nails got nail polish all over my hand and didn't even bother to fix it until I pointed it out. she left my nails all jagged and made my cuticle bleed. she missed many spots of my nail. there is still nail polish around my cuticles and it looks terrible. the male owner was impolite to me while I was drying my nails he continuously asked when I would pay and when I would leave. it was a heart wrenching experience and I will never return.
