I am extremely upset with my visit. I was disrepect by the entire staff. I was rushed during my meal then treated with the utmost disrespect form the cashier who caught an attitude because i didn't tip unbenounced to her i had already tip my sushi server nicely. The cashier just snacthed the money and dropped the change on the counter and never said thank you. I informed her that i already tipped the server a d she rolled her eyes. I am a person of color and deserve to be treated equally. I m thinking about calling corporate. This has really disappointed me. I watch how they treated others with kindness i didnt deserve this all because she thought i didnt tip. This is some real live garbage. Tp my people dobt waste you hard earned money here. To top it off she had the nerve to ask the gentleman serving me if i tipped and he said yes and she still didnt humble herself and apologize. Never again.

Always Understaffed. This last time I went will be my last. Server rushed our order, saying yeah yeah yeah without us being done speaking. She came back because she forgot to write down that we asked for the fried rice. Our food took over 50 minutes to be served. I will be taking the drive to Desaki next time I am in the mood for Hibachi.

The food is sub par, the cook was boring. We used to come here to have entertaining dinner, now it's just watching someone cook. The only good thing is the sushi

Mediocre at best. I frequent these types of restaurants near home and this place is lacking. Soup has no flavor. Chef prepared fried noodles, shrimp and vegetables with heavy teryiaki sauce. Pricing doesn't match up with quality of experience.

This is the second Ichiban I've been to and the first one was very good, this place on the other hand is far worse then that one just from the soup and salad alone.

Food was fantastic and the service was excellent. Prompt and fast, great care for attention to detail. Our chef was awesome and very interactive. The staff was very curtiuos. Even when I pointed out an allergy mistake, the acted quickly and professionally to correct the problem. I would highly recommend them for a great family dining experience.

While food was good, service sucked.. 30 minutes after meal still waiting for check. asked for drinks. meal finished no drinks. Yeah not coming back.

Took 15 mins to even see a server. When just about to leave she arrives to take our drink order and asks for our food order abruptly. Another 14 minutes later comes our soup and salad (still no drinks/wine). Then when we snagged our server and told her, she did get our wine a few minutes after that. But no stall on the bill though. It arrived 14 minutes after our wine with no offer of a second glass. Sushi was ok but won't come back.

The food is always delicious. The servers are always attentive. I wish the bathrooms were maintained a little better. I'm always a little put off when the floors are sticky. If you're looking for a quick inexpensive bite, this is not the place. Sit back and enjoy the hibachi show or dine in the non-hibachi seating area in comfort. Expect to pay at least $20/adult either way.
