I am forced to order from there because it is convenient and by my job, however, the ICHI SUSHI on Bay Parkway and 86th st. has GOT to be the worst service you can get. The manager/boss that works there during the day time has the most unpleasant energy and service you can possibly get. I mean she handles things pretty fast but they really need a person that smiles or is not completely rude like her. The food IS good, except they never put enough sauce on your plate, no matter if you order for pick up or to stay, it will not have a generous amount of anything. The miso soups is the WORST, it would taste good but LITERALLY EVERY TIME I ORDER, I would get a miso soup and it would have like 3 pieces of seaweed, (if theyre feeling generous). I don't even want to waste my energy to complain because thats the boss that handles everything and she probably most definitiely knows exactly how they are running business. THEY SUCK, i just order to get my tummy filled.

I do not advise anyone this place.IT WAS THE WORST PLACE EVER. We ordered the special sushi what wasn't cheep. But when we saw it we was SO DISAPPOINTED ((((((
We bought so many different sushi but the way how they made it was ABSOLUTELY THE SAME.
we didn't finished even half of them!
By the way this is my first review and sorry if I made someone feeling bad.but when you offering food you should try to MAKE YOURS CUSTOMERS HAPPY.

Not too good, not bad either. This is a good place if you don't feel like going anywhere, the place is also pretty comfy which is a big plus.

Placed an order they forgot the spicy Mayo. I went there to get some and it's a whole interrogation. Ended up just paying an extra $2 rather than go back and forth to bring the receipt from my office. Really cheap mentality as if someone can somehow eat spicy Mayo alone.
