  EDIT after business reply: NOT TRUE. I have receipts, I purchased in January 2020. The return policy keeps changing. There was no return policy shown to me during onboarding. Then when I reached out after multiple followups I was told it was 30 days. There was no tiered option, I chose the management option which included the resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn. I did get a response about 2 months ago and the person who reached out using Arno's email said they had no records of my order and offered to do it but when I responded then suddenly no response. Use them with caution. Seems like they change the rules based on whatever is convenient for them.
  
  My sister and cousin used Arno and he came highly recommended. I purchased the service right before COVID happened (January 2020). I struggled personally last year and I reached out in February of 2021. Arno didn’t respond immediately but then he said to send him the information. I thought I had sent it but it was stuck in my drafts. I reached out again in May 2021 and resent the document. He responded saying he would look at it and get back to me if I had any questions. After 3 weeks of follow up emails now suddenly it’s $300 more than I already paid. His explanation is that he doesn’t have writers anymore. He then said he had no time to invest in me. So now I am out the money I paid or pay him even more money.
