Amazing service. Reserve a spot online, pull up, scan in, park in your spot, shuttle picks you up at you car, drops you off at the airport, when you get back hand over your ticket and they drop you off at your vehicle. Easy. Oh and they have bottles of water for you on the way out. I love it

I use them everytime , GREAT & VERY FAST SERVICES !! Nothing bad has ever happened to my vehicles. I'm typically gone for weeks at a time. Awesome prices, compared to the other options , especially cost wise. Thanks for the warm welcome home and the bottled water..

This was our first time parking at this facility as we flew out from Indianapolis International Airport. The service is incredible with great ground transportation. They are always available to drop you off and pick you up. And the best that you believe for inclement weather is that all parking spaces are covered in a carport type of setting. I would highly recommend and the price is very reasonable at $8 a day. That includes all of the airport fees.

My go to parking for Indianapolis airport. I travel somewhat frequently, this location is easy to access coming from the south side of Indy. Staff are always super nice and helpful. Easy in, quick bus both leaving and upon arrival. Price is excellent and I love the free paper, bottled water. If you park regularly make sure you sign up for the Fast Park rewards card.

It's a few miles from the airport, but that's the only negative I can think of. Price is very reasonable (cheaper than most other airport parking lots). Shuttles are easy to catch. Parking is well lit and covered. Good service, easy to use.

I travel frequently and always use the Fast Park. The covered parking is great. But the best thing is that I almost never have to wait for a shuttle. Nearly every time I park, the shuttle pulls up as I'm getting out of the car. This place is very well run. The shuttle buses are relatively new and well maintained. The trip to the airport is about 5 minutes. When they pick you up after you return, they have enough shuttles running that you won't have to wait long. The only minor complaint is that a lot of people are catching on to how great Fast Park is and it's getting busier all the time.

Clean and convenient parking! Their reward system is a great perk as you earn points towards free days of parking.
The bus shuttle will follow you to where you park, load your bags, and drop you off at the airport. Vice versa when you arrive back in town. It's the only way I park when I fly.response / report this review -

This is the second time we've used Fast Park and Relax, and they do earn the "fast" part of their name. Even having to wait for one other customer to figure out how to plug his car in (I mean really, if you own a tesla, you should probably read the manual beforehand so others don't need to wait on you) we still got to the airport in plenty of time.
Although I think that after 5 mins the driver should have left him catch another shuttle. The shuttles are constantly running so he wouldn't have had to wait long.
But the process is easy, especially if you made a reservation online prior to arriving, just scan the reservation bar code, park where they tell you and the shuttle is right behind as you get out of your car and they present you with a card with where you parked at.
When you get home from your trip, give the card to the shuttle driver and they drop you off right at your car. You pay as you exit the facility.
Best part is that the parking spots are covered so no matter the weather, you'll be ready to go with no scraping of snow, or standing in the rain etc.response / report this review -

My car was covered, the staff were nice, the drivers were nice. We got there and a shuttle drive to our car to pick us up for the airport. When we arrived, the shuttle was full and not too many minutes passed before the next shuttle arrived. He dropped us off right at our car and we didn't have to worry about loading and unloading after our plane ride. Really affordable. We will continue to use them.

Awesome place to park. The shuttles are very fast picking you up at your car and very frequent for pickup at the airport. You can't beat the price forsemi-covered parking. Best place to park when flying out of Indy!

Friendly service and complimentary water on exit. Great service. They note your location and give you a tag and when you come back they will locate your vehicle. VERY GOOD SERVICE.

Quick. Easy. Kind. Fast. Friendly. Convenient. If these words appeal to you then definitely check out this parking lot! The second I parked, I was whisked away to the airport and the moment I landed on my return, the shuttle was waiting just on time. I was taken straight to my vehicle and given a re-hydrating bottle of ice-cold water on my way out! Absolutely great customer service.
