If after hours (approx 10:30pm & after) you have to go to the NY Street door(next to old Subway location) swipe your parking ticket onto the little box left of the door. Enter the lobby and pay at the pay station next to elevators. If you have a monthly pass, just use your pass to swipe, enter lobby and take elevator to your floor

This garage is a literal prison for cars.

It closes and physically locks after 10:30. If you don't pick your car up before then you have to wait until the next morning. There is only one small sign that informs you of this. Luckily, someone was late leaving and the gate opened from the inside. I had to sprint to the gate before rolling under it ala Harrison Ford in 'Indiana Jones.' Then I had to pray to every deity I could think of that I would be able to get my car out. The system to pay for parking and exit the building is confusing and one machine was out of order. When I called the number on their website I got an automated message. I am extremely dissatisfied with this garage, which is essentially a late night prison for cars.
