This garage has added an EV station, free vacuum, and tire air fill station on the first floor near the exit. Easy access to SNHU Arena across the street. Can be a little difficult to get in to/out of, though, due to people, not the garage.

Sat in this garage for an hour waiting to exit after a show at SNHU. Traffic control is very poorly managed. Men in blue coats standing around watching, rather than directing. I won’t be using the garage in the future.

Great place to park for going out in Manchester. Covered garage for the winter when it snows. Can be very busy during the week though.

My employer uses this garage for parking, so I park here nearly every day. I have been impressed by the service and care that the attendants give the place and the customers. They regularly wash down the stair wells, assist in finding open spots when the garage is getting full. The other day when the temperature was high, they handed out ice cold water as I left. They are friendly and courteous and show real pride in their work.

Nice large garage but a huge ripoff! They charge $20 for Verizon events when the garage a few blocks away is free on nights and weekends! Its also $20 a day or $9 a day for hotel guests even though street and public garage parking is $6 a day. This is a total tourist trap since its right off the highway and next to the arena. If your here for an event at the Verizon or the Center of NH, park somewhere else. A 5 min walk can save you $20 as well as let you eat and enjoy downtown Manchester!
