I love coming here once a month to get the full body scrub. The facility itself is very clean, and the staff keep everything stocked.
When you enter the facility, they give you your outfit and keys as well as pay for your services. Everything is priced fairly in my opinion. As you go in, you put your shoes in the locker and head to your clothes locker. Everyone is required to shower prior to using any Saunas or pools, which ensures everyone is clean. They also provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash/toothbrush and a razor (you have to ask upon entrance). Overall, this place is really nice to come and relax!
Absolutely amazing. Just what I needed. I had the exfoliating scrub massage service for $110. More than worth the price. Between all the saunas and steam rooms and pools and the delicious food at the cafe (clam soup yum) I was there for almost four hours.
I'm making this my "me day" place every two weeks. Loved it!
I like that SPA!
Very clear and calm place!
Good heated saunas. There are different variations of hot rooms: salt, wood, clay etc. steam area is good.
Massage therapy is also perfect!
Highly recommend.
p.s. do not leave your belongings in your car, the area is not safe. Be aware!
If you're ever in the Irvine area this place is a must stop. They have everything from a hot warm and cold jacuzzi to steam room a sauna ,scrub down rooms. Massage treatments. Rock salt room , hot clay room, cold room, and so much more. They even have a huge co-ed lounge with heated floors to just relax at as well as a full restaurant to get food and drinks. This place is awesome.
Anyone knows what we're going to do with the gift certificates bought here?
Went for a 60 minute massage for 80.00 which includes use if the spa. Very clean, Jacuzzi, steam, sauna and multiple rooms that go from hit to hotter and even an ice room. Great way to relieve stress. If I could afford I would go every day!
Extremely nice and well kept place. Lots of choices of rooms and relaxing atmosphere. Food is great here too with a variety of choices. Private gender spa areas are a great place. Warning: Nude is allowed in each spa but separated for each gender.
Only down side is a two hour limit.
Best $25 spent! Sunday afternoon not crowded at all.
For guys going to pool and in shower/dressing area. If you are straight guy like me or don't want to be stared on by one (or few) gay guy, you might want to cover your "tools" with towel while walking around naked. Next time covering with towel!
Remember this is USA, so too bad that there's no real common area like in other continents where women and men go naked together and no one stares at you because it's natural to be naked ;-)
So fabulous I don't want to review it to keep it a secret gem! Great facilities, reasonable prices. Read up on Korean spa traditions before you go and you'll be good - and don't let the no bathing suits rule make you shy away. All shapes and sizes welcomed and comfortable here. A great place.
Best Korean spa on the West Coast! Includes wet areas saunas and pools. Also includes multiple dry heat saunas in a co-ed area, a color therapy room, a restaurant with authentic Korean food and a wonderful place to relax for under $40. Additional pricing applies to massages in the wet or dry areas.
There's a part of me that doesn't want to write this review, because I love this place so much and wish I could keep it as a hidden gem. Well, it's definitely not hidden (look at all of those reviews!), but it's still really freaking good. If you've never been to a Korean or Japanese sauna/spa, here's the deal: 1. Shower first, and possibly take care to scrub/exfoliate. 2. Dip in the warm pool, then the hot pool, then the cold pool (or use the freezing cold showerhead), then repeat the cycle. Then go to the sauna rooms. 3. Once you're done with that, either get a massage/scrub (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) or put on your uniform/pajama set and go to the jimjilbang area. Check out the interesting rooms, especially the ice room. If you want to just hang out with friends, lay back on the heated floors and chat while you listen to Korean dramas. 4. When you're hungry, get a snack at the cafe.
I love this place. Massages are great. I love going here for a massage and the head to lunch at the District. I try to go during off times only because some of the speciality rooms get a little chatty. It can get very busy.
Wonderful place! Very clean, plenty of different saunas, hot tubs etc. I haven't ate here, so I can't comment on the food. Great place to chillax
So relaxingit was a day I needed to recharge. I highly recommend the scrub/massage combo. Yu Mi was wonderful.
Always a relaxing experience here. Plenty of room, lots of options for relaxation (love the ice room and the salt room) and they have fun food options too. Bathing areas are separate for men & women but the eating area and some of the relaxation rooms are co-ed. It's a great place to visit with friends!
Not as big as WiSpa in Hollywood but I'm glad they have this in Irvine so OC folks like us won't have to drive all the way there. For $25 pass you can stay as long as you can - We came late so we only stayed for 2 hours but they do have a restaurants and a cafe. salt room, ice room and all the saunas are great. We will come back here another time and come earlier so we can enjoy longer.
AMAZING, never ever been to a place like this and LOVED IT. Is there something like this in Northern California!??? If anyone know, please let me know. I can spend hours at a place like this. Irvine Spa was a real treat! I HIGHLY recommend.
