The location is easy to get to. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. The event staff were both friendly and polite. Food was fantastic! I would certainly come to an event here again.

Great rooms for a decent price, especially if you're going to an event at the State Farm Center next door. The room we had was a double queen and had now then enough space for the 4 of us. Bathrooms were immaculate, beds smelled clean and looked fresh. The staff was friendly even though we checked in at a very busy time and made sure we were happy. Highly recommended.

Stayed here two nights for a conference. Great location of you're heading to a sporting event on campus - just across the street from everything. Clean modern room with OK views. Lobby area was cool with a lot of modern touches. Wireless was iffy throughout the whole property. I ended up just turning it off. Oh yeah, there's a Starbucks so that's worth a star on its own.

They have conference hosting down to an art form. The decor, location, and food are perfectly fine, though not memorable. The audio/video setup is excellent. I was particularly impressed with the pleasant, friendly and professional catering staff. I did not stay in the hotel overnight, so I can't comment on the accommodations.

Extremely positive experiences working with their conference center staff. We've held several meetings there and they are a well-oiled machine! Right after booking, people from each department reach out to see what type of support you'll need (catering, technology, etc). The execution is seamless. Thanks I hotel!

This is easily the best hotel at which I've stayed. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rate was half what I would have expected to pay. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. 24 hour fitness center, ample parking, great location. The WiFi was the fastest I've ever used at a hotel. Highly recommended and I look forward to staying again to enjoy all the other amenities offered!

This hotel and convention center is right in the heart of the University of Illinois. I stayed in a two queen bed room, overnight, and the room was above average. Their bar service in their restaurant was slow on a Saturday afternoon, but the drinks were good. Their convention center was a wonderful venue for my friend's wedding. They had seats for almost 100, and the reception followed in the adjacent room, after a cocktail hour in the hallway. The reception was well catered and a big success.

The hotel was a lot nicer than I expected it to be. I assumed that there wouldn't be wifi or breakfast, however both were provided free of charge. The beds were clean and comfortable and the room itself was generally modern (excluding a 32pin alarm clock dock). There were more than enough outlets to charge a family of three's devices.

Great venue, was here for a meeting. Good snacks, and pleasant atmosphere. They have EV Chargers in the parking lot and good wifi. My only beef was that the chairs for the meeting were narrow/crowded

Attended a professional event at the Conference Center, and it was lovely! The staff and the building were wonderful. The room's acoustics were a bit off though, with all the people in the room I had a hard time having a conversation with my friend next to me.

It is magnificent. For what is worth and what you get it, I say it's amazing. It felt like a high luxury hotel for a reasonable price. The service is great, the check in and check out process is also great and speedy. I couldn't ask for more.

Stayed overnight with 14 HS students for a competition. It was awesome. Hotel staff were super accommodating even though I didn't have everything perfectly organized. My kids and I loved the rooms - very sizeable and extremely nice. All 15 of us comfortably fit in my standard king room for a pizza party (yeah, some were standing, but there was plenty of space and we easily spread out 9 pizzas and pop on the desk and dresser). Free breakfast included - not the best quality but hey, it is a meal, and that was my only minor complaint and certainly not worth subtracting a star. The conference center also hosted the event (awesome) and my kids loved the massive comfy lobby area with plenty of seating and a chess set. Walking distance to local restaurants plus one in hotel. Would definitely stay again.
