I stayed in a Handicap room. It was definitely large enough but I did have some gripes. My wheelchair didn't fit between the beds and there was a divider between the beds & the living room which I couldn't fit between. That was an inconvenience. The bathroom was large as well but there wasn't a shower chair/bench but there was one pictured online, very misleading. I'm glad I live in SRQ so I could go home and clean up. If my chair fit between the beds and the bath had a shower chair/bench I would have given a higher rating. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.
This is absolutely an awesome Motel everything is extremely pleasing and clean the rooms have separate bedrooms from living rooms very elegant, very romantic, very quaint and definitely okay for your children but a perfect spot to take that special someone just to get away from the house for a weekend and get a little room service. No Continental breakfast but they do have a convenience store and a kitchen but it's not open 24 hours. There are conference rooms and banquet rooms. No covered parking
Wow! We've stayed in a lot of hotels and this was perhaps the best experience ever. Every single employee we encountered, from the gentleman mopping the floor to the manager to the shuttle driver was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. "No" didn't seem to be part of anyone's vocabulary - instead if we didn't hear "Of course!" we heard, "Well we can't quite manage that, but can we suggest" Absolutely spotless in the rooms and everywhere else. Very comfortable beds and large well-appointed rooms. Many smiley faces. Thank you.
We stayed one night. It was a nightmare. Toliet seat was broken, bed and pillows were mush. Free breakfast advertised, lacked tremendously. But if you like rubbery eggs and expired fruit, you may enjoy it. And the coffee is what I assume licking the bottom of an ashtray would taste like. The "room service", isn't as expected. You have to get it yourself.
My gallery experience was horrible. My soup I ordered was on the warm side and no croutons.
I love this hotel. It's lovely, wonderful beds. The breakfast was perfect. The gentleman at the front desk named Juan was just wonderful handleing everything for me. I enjoyed my stay very much and will stay again and tell my friends to, as well.

Terrible customer service. One of the worst front desk service ever. Actually It was only one person who had caused the problem.
1. Jeffrey at front desk who created another reservation without my consent and charged to my credit card and pretended he didn't know anything about it.I still don't understand why he did that.I asked for explanation but he made me call customer service for 30 minutes even though he was able to take care of on that spot.
2. My son asked for a few paper cups as buying cheese cake, Jeffrey refused to give paper cups and very rude to my son. this guy has one of the worst customer skill.
I met several great employees here such as Ricardo and Collins and Assistant GM who care about great service with friendly attitude. However It took only one guy to give me such a terrible experience. I would not go back to this hotel again.
Great stay. Rooms are very clean and staff is very courteous and professional. The breakfast buffet is good.
This was excellent weekend choice for family getaway. Entire staff were friendly, helpful and really accommodating. Shuttle service was added bonus! Would definitely recommend this hotel.quiet, modern, comfortable rooms. Absolutely no complaints!
This is by far one of the fancier place I've stayed at in a while. The service was amazing and the bedroom was clean. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this place.
Great spacious rooms, very clean! Location is perfect. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back
