Like the many other budget motels we've stayed in this motel is average. You get what you pay for. Bedding was clean. Room tidy. There was a large crowd of workers from what appeared as a property maintenance company staying there so a rather homogenous clientele type but they didn't bother us. Room wifi was weak and needed to go to lobby to get good wifi. Yes we'd stay here again.

1. Vending machine guy, from 6:30 am until 8:30am, banging every metal he could , making as much noise as he could.
2. Whoever designed the rooms, obviously never slept in one. The curtains are a half inch short. So at 6:30am, a good amount of sunlight fills a room. Had to use towels (which we had to ask for), to stop the flood of light.
3. AC doesn't work. Hotter in room with Air going, the in hall way. Very noisy.
4. Tub would not drain. Maintenance man put draino in.
5. TV is of Goodwill quality .
6. For $120 a night no coffee maker , the coffee is in lobby with cheap creamer, barely any sugar.
7. The mandatory $16 per day, per car, for Valet. To which your car is parked in the front of building . So, lack of parking.
8. Had to request a refrigerator. So instead of giving room with one, maintenance actually brought one up.

All this within 1st night..

No self park. Valet park for $16 or across the street off hotel property. Not a good idea if you're a lady traveling alone. The rooms are nice and I enjoyed my stay. Overall its a nice hotel.

If you want to book all of your other wedding vendors around this location just to have them tell you they double booked your date, this is the place for you. The coordinator is really nice, but there is clearly a lack of professionalism. We were lead on for weeks saying our date was available, and the only way we found out was when I questioned what was taking so long to receive our official contract. I received an email, not a phone call, saying the date was taken. We spent weeks planning around this venue and this date. We bought save the dates, invitations, booked our DJ, booked our photographer, etc. all around this venue and this date. Talk about dreams being crushed.

So,, when you are with a large group wanting to get a late checkout, expect to pay 50% the room rate on top of the rate you are already paying. Incidentals that will cost you $50 a night which you will get returned to you,, in about a week. The house restaurant is great if you are important enough to get in the "V.I.P" room. If you are not that special, you can wait twenty minutes to have 2 out of 9 drinks ready; keep in mind, aside from the "special" group of five we were the only other patrons in the restaurant. Apparently, others are already wise to what this "Grand Plaza" has to offer. As far as the rooms go, well.. I won't spoil it all for you. Enjoy the beds cautiously.
