The staff was extremely kind and receptive. Especially to the emergency situation at the ATL Airport. Unfortunately the room had been smoked in leaving a stale smell. Staff was notified. I appreciate their willingness to make changes.

This is a hyatt place. If you ever stayed at one you know what to expect. I found the staff friendly , and the facility well kept. The breakfast was free ,but didn't taste very good except the bacon and juice.

Decent hotel for overnight airport travelers or folks from out of town. Rooms are clean, well kept, and recently updated with modern furnishings. Showers get hot and beds are comfortable. The hallways and carpet are a bit dated. Breakfast was well stocked and had a very good variety. Staff was friendly and were always helpful. Parking is a bit high at $10 a day. EV drivers note: the Holiday Inn next door is owned by the same management company and has a Tesla and Level 2 charger. They will let you park there is you ask!

We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place South. The suite was comfortable and quiet. The Front Staff went beyond to make our stay a happy event.

It'd be really nice to have an easier way to call directly. I had to go through a maze of automations to get to a person. However, great hotel. Loved the staff and great breakfast

The rooms were nice, the beds are firm. Checking in the staff didn't really offer any information other than what time breakfast was. When I made my reservation I requested foam pillows. I did not receive those.

I attended a conference here over the weekend. Nice facility, close to the airport. Lovely conference room. Parking was $8.00 a day, which I found to be pricey. The staff were efficient, however not very friendly

Nice place for that quick stay over. Check-in was pleasant. Rooms were very nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Great rate. The bar next door at the Holiday Inn was nicer and a two minute walk. (Please get rid of those nats at the bar).

The customer service was second to none. It's an older hotel so the halls and elevator are hot. Our sink drained slowly and the room was a little warm even with the air on 61. I also would have liked to know it was pet friendly before I booked it. However customer service was superior, the food was great, the rooms were clean. It was in the perfect location for the airport.

We had an unexpected layover in Atlanta after a flight delay. Even booking the day of, this was an incredible value. A king room with a kitchenette and couch was only $110. The facility was clean and included wifi and breakfast. Very impressed with the value presented by Hyatt at this location.

The room was clean and pretty quiet even though it was close to the airport. The staff were helpful and the shuttle service from the airport was especially good thanks to the very friendly driver. On the slight downside the shower head didn't extend up very far so my morning shower wasn't very comfortable (I was somehow assigned to a wheelchair accessible room). There was also no convenient place to charge my phone beside the bed, so I had to unplug a lamp and mess around behind the bed trying to reach the power outlet. This is obviously minor, yet pretty unacceptable in twenty seventeen. Overall it was a nice stay and I would recommend it.

I loved my stay at the Hyatt. I am a law student here in GA, my flight got in last week from Tampa Fl and I have been here every since to take care of some business, the staff is SUPER nice and took care of any/all needs I'd addressed regarding my room. It can be quite noisy at night, but the does get addressed when you bring it to their attn. I would stay here hands down over and over again that's how much I love the services here. Rooms are clean, and the bed is very comfortable. There's nothing disappointing about my stay here!

Nice big clean rooms. Super friendly staff. Breakfast is good and it's free, but as soon as it's over the free coffee disappears and you have to buy their Starbucks Coffee at the counter the rest of the day. WiFi is fast enough to search but streaming and downloading updates were weak. Water pressure was great! Parking costs $8/day but they say it's much cheaper than other hotels. Still we didn't know we needed to compare that extra little fee until we got the "incidentals" bill at checkout.
