Close to grocery and bus, nice utilities and helpful maintenance. Staff at the front desk can be rude but the managers are all helpful.

Lived there for two years. Very convenient, the Patrick Henry bus comes nearby very regularly but is often overcrowded. You can walk to food lion. The furniture the comes with is very cheap breaks easily but the staff will fix it in a timely manner. Not a bad place to live.

Best maintenance staff in town. The head of maintenance is their only hindrance he's not very knowledgeable and makes poor decisions you cannot judge the whole crew because of that though. Property is clean and updated.
