There is not enough space to talk about the unpleasant experience that I have had with HUNTER VOLVO and with HUNTER SUBURA, Yet with that said, I know they try to do their best, they just have not done so every time i have tried to work with them. Their service department has disappointed me on several occasions the latest being when they had my wife ride 45 minutes in a tow truck to bring our XC90 back to them after the routine service they did on the car resulted in a leaking hose that drained the engine coolant twice, . . In our driveway. She was told a driver was not available to bring the ‘loaner car’ and if she wanted one she would have to ride with the tow truck driver and they would supply one. I was out of town, so she felt she had no choice, after finding this out several days later and calling to express my displeasure with how it was handled, I was told they could have had one later in the day if she would have just asked. . . In this same time period we went to look at a new Subaru at HUNTER, we had a tremendous salesmen, that stepped in after the sales manager fell flat on his face for not having the cars ready to look at that we had spent time on the phone with their “CALL CENTER” (who does not work for HUNTER) promised would be ready. . . After spending time there and remembering experiences with SERVICE we chose not to buy a Subaru, and will be trading our 2 year old XC 90 in tomorrow for a FORD EDGE. . . Done with HUNTER.
The process took entirely too long. The Financial Advisor was more concerned with trying to convince me to lease the vehicle than he was with me informing him I was there to purchase the vehicle and that I was not interested in leasing. The Financial Advisor also displayed unprofessionalism by bringing someone else in the office while we were conducting our business. After completing all of the paperwork with the Financial person, I still had to wait over an hour to receive my car. The sales associate kept telling me they are detailing your car and it should be ready in a few minutes. After hearing that over five times, I was very angry and didn’t want to hear that anymore, because he told me they would be detailing the car while I was in with the Financial Advisor. After the sales associate told kept telling me my car was being detailed so many times, then the sales manager began telling me the same thing. I felt like they were stalling because there was no reason for me to have to sit and wait that long after being in the Financial person office over an hour and then having to wait even longer than that after finalizing the sale. I was informed by the sales associate that Hunter Volvo would have to ship me my lug nut covers because they were missing. On October 28, 2017, I emailed Hunter Volvo doing a follow-up on my lug nut covers. Hunter Volvo informed me that they were on back order. For a brand new Volvo not to have its lug nut covers is impossible to believe and then not to have them after three weeks. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
Purchased our first Volvo from Victor Rodeia and was very impressed and happy with the experience. The information provided, Victor's knowledge and willingness to explain each and every detail was great. Would recommend Victor and Hunter Volvo in the future.
Kevin and the rest of the Volvo crew took excellent care of my car! Truly went above and beyond, and I have owned three volvos. highly recommended!
Worst car buying experience of my life. The salesman had NO clue what he was talking about. Thankfully, I did my own research on the car prior to seeing it in person. They are all cocky, arrogant, and they all smell like a rotten ash tray from their lingering cigarette smoke. Proceed with caution when heading to this place and make sure you do your own research. If you want great customer service, go somewhere else. If you find a car that is too good to pass up, bring some peppermint oil to put under your nose so you don't have to smell the cigeratte they just puffed down.
Had an absolutely amazing experience. I definitely recommend purchasing from here. Everyone is extremely friendly and no pressure. Our sales expert was James Webber and he was phenomenal. Extremely experience and knowledgeable. Wasn't afraid to say he wasn't sure about a question we asked and went and found out for us instead of making something up. There wasn't much he wasn't sure about. He made sure we were fully informed and worked with our pricing. Did not try and push us in something we couldn't afford. Ask for James when you go. You will not be disappointed.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They went out of their way to find a car for me and spend a lot of time explaining the purchase and going over the features of the car.
I'm going to start my review saying that I hate car shopping. I've only had 2 cars and each time I've purchased it's taken me about a year to decide on anything. That being said I went very cautiously into my shopping experience, but came out a very happy customer. One of my biggest pet peeves is feeling like I'm being pressured or that I have to buy on a time frame, but I felt none of this pressure with Amber. She was great making sure that I knew all of my options without pushing me towards anything I wasn't ready for. I didn't end up buying anything, but I will be back to see Amber to buy soon! This is the fastest easiest experience I've ever had with car shopping and it's thanks to Amber!
Had a great experience there with Amber. Very knowledgeable sales woman, no pressure from her at all ; genuinely felt appreciated and that she was wanting to get me in the car that I wanted. Would recommend to any of my friends ! Go ask for Amber !
