Friendly waitress and food was good however the experience was diminished by the yelling of the people that didn’t seem to be customers who turned on the television and appeared to be arguing over something. I don’t understand Chinese, but I do understand when the serenity is broken! This restaurant is not like it used to be! I was confused overall. Then the spraying of the strong smelling Lysol cleaner on the tables next to us while we still eating was not all that appetizing!

My favorite hot pot place in the valley, service can be spotty but they are usually not busy. The food is really good, especially the tripe!

I have been going here for many years. It has been good all along. I usually do the delights of three lunch. Hot and sour soup. They have left off the egg rolls but the price isr right.

Horrible. Got delivery. Barely spoke English. Had problems with his cell phone when he arrived. Blamed it on his network, which sure okay, I get. But still if it's your job to do delivery have a working cell phone so when you get there you can call them. I gave him a 10% tip because of the poor delivery service only to receive a passive aggressive and nasty scowl as my thank you. And I was purposefully and thoroughly polite the entire time on the phone with him too. I have worked fast food and all kinds of restaurants so I know how stressful it is and so I usually try to tip high and cut them lots of slack. Poor communication skills aside though the food was very bland. I ordered the general's chicken and it was soggy and gross tasting by the time it arrived. Girlfriend ordered the orange chicken which likewise was also soggy instead of putting the sauce separately in there like they did with the sweet and sour pork it just sat there in the Box for who-knows-how-long and was soggy when it arrived to us 30 minutes later.

If it wasn't for the passive aggressive scowl from the delivery guy I might actually consider giving them a second chance as that's what I usually do. But all things considered a terrible experience that I'll never pay for again. If for no other reason than to avoid having spit in my food because of a 10% tip.
