I read the reviews on this place before coming and I was impressed by the rating so I decide to go and check it out. The place was fairly busy for a Sunday brunch but we were able to be seated fairly quickly, but after that everything went downwards. The service was poor at best. They were not attentive at all and didn’t tell us why why the good took so long to come out. We had to keep asking for refills on coffee. But the worst part about it was the food took well over a hour to get to us. I don’t understand why it took this long to get chicken and waffles which is their specialty. Poor experience overall

The spicy chicken wings call to me. The chicken and waffles are awesome. Beer selection is great, and they make a mean hollandaise at brunch.

I was not impressed with the brunch at all. The food was mediocre but priced quite high. $15-$20 for a small portion of food I could have made better myself at home. The drinks were very tasty though! And our server was attentive and friendly.

I was fairly disappointed by this highly rated restaurant. I went there for breakfast. It was really busy but we were able to sit at the bar. We got our order in pretty quickly but it took 45 min to get our food: a classic breakfast that shouldn't have taken so long to make and some eggs benedict. I understand being busy, but I would really have appreciated them saying something about the delay. Just a "Sorry it took so long." would have made me feel way less neglected and strongly improved my experience. Andthe food wasn't that great. One caveat though: as we were waiting, we saw countless plates of chicken and waffles being served. It makes me think that it might be their specialty. Maybe if I had ordered that I would have waited less long and been more impressed with the quality of the food.

Great place to meet up and have some above average food! We went here specifically for the chicken and waffles, as I hadn't tried it before. Definitely worth trying if you're in the area! If you're in to beer, they also have a great beer selection!

Fantastic food, but the speed and attentiveness of the servers leaves much to be desired.

It's a little pricey, but the food was enjoyable, and the cocktails were even better.

Pretty good food, decent coffee and solid bloody Mary's. Accommodating and friendly staff but very slow.

Always love the unique, classy menu selections here for both food and drinks -- the Croque Madame sandwich is to die for, and their cocktails are delicious. Can't wait to go back for the classic chicken and waffles. Service is always fantastic and everybody is easy to talk to. A very relaxing, slightly upscale place with a great bar.

Great staff and fantastic rotating beers taps including local and international breweries. Food is very good and they always have Thursday night Chicken & Waffles on special. Excellent craft cocktails, can get busy but the wait isn't too bad usually. Also has great brunch.

Got kicked out because one of us was under 21. Very ambiguous as to whether this was a bar or a restaurant! I just wanted some poutine

Excellent brunch and even when it's crowded I've never waited long. Dinner is also good. As are the cocktails.

This place has the best chicken and waffles in Seattle. The syrup and gravy are perfect, and the chicken is perfectly seasoned. The beer selection provides plenty of options for all tastes, with wine and a full bar. If there ever a place built for a classy, boozy brunch, this is it.
