There's a reason you will need reservations even in the off season. This place is good. We preferred their creative seafood entrees to their classic Italian choices. The highlight is their pesto bread. Because it is a REALLY small place it felt a bit cramped. That and the somewhat higher prices are the reason for 4 star rating.

Any trip to Sugarloaf isn't complete without a trip to see Kimberly and Beth at Hugs. Best Italian food, great ambiance and wonderful people.

I'm from NYC, and I go to Sugarloaf for the skiing every winter. I've been spoiled with some pretty amazing Italian food, and I think this is pretty good. It's definitely the best food in the area. The decorations are nice, and I swear it feels bigger on the inside. Staff are friendly and it's family friendly.

Hugs is the best! The food is unforgettable, I make reservations every time I go to sugarloaf because the place is pleasantly small, and fills quickly. Everyone who works there is very friendly, and fun! =]
