It has been 10 years since I purchased a car. You never forget your car-buying experience and I know I will never visit that other dealership again. BUT my experience with HUDSON NISSAN was very smooth. I love my 2018 Rogue. Working with Torey was like a conversation with my son. He listened and totally understood what I wanted. He hung in with me probably past his dinner hour but no pressure. Will send all my friends to Hudson and my next car will be purchased from them as well!

What a pleasure buying a vehicle from here. Not only did we get best value for money but also every part was a delight.
Chris Gordon was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us make our decision. At no time did we feel pushed.
Managers Mitch and Eric got us the vehicle we wanted at a better price than we imagined and within an incredible short amount of time.
Financing was also a breeze and done in record time thanks to Casey.

Mikey Lam was my salesman. He was the greatest, most patient, nice guy ever!!!!! He listened to all my needs and offered great options to stay within my budget. If I had questions whether they were through text message or standing right there with me , he was very prompt. Best customer service I have ever had at a dealer.
I must mention the finance rep Casey Jiles . He was patient with me and listened to all my rambling. He was very personable and sweet. He gave me some great options also and kept me close to my budget.
Hudson Nissan has the best people!!!!

I just purchased a 2017 Rogue Sport. LOVE IT!!! The salesperson, Jasen, was AWESOME. Hudson Nissan is one of the nicest dealerships I have been to. They let you enjoy looking at their cars.they are not on your back being annoying like other dealerships. Jasen is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with when purchasing a car. The entire experience at Hudson Nissan was great. They will come highly recommended!

Fantastic experience! Bought a used vehicle for my daughter, and due to a busy schedule, they helped me work out most everything over the phone or via email. Came in for a test drive, and once I had made the decision to purchase, they had everything ready for me to walk in, pay and sign the paperwork. My time in the dealership took less than an hour. I paid cash, so I'm sure financing would add time, but the bottom line is they respected my time and didn't hold me hostage. They get that customers need to feel important. Props to Larry and Lindsey.

They're still an old school dealership, solidifying my distaste of buying cars. I shopped for a quote online, and they got me to come in with a very low price. Once there, after spending about an hour waiting on an appraisal for my trade, they quoted me a higher price, claiming since they had to get the truck in the color/options I wanted from somewhere else, it included several accessories already added, like window tinting. Felt like a bait & switch move, but the price was still very good considering. I spent a total of about 4 hours to finalize the deal. In 2017, there is no reason buying a car should take so long. Then, once it arrived a few days later, the windows were not tinted. They were very apologetic, and basically blamed the other dealership they received it from. They should have noticed that sooner and given me the option to postpone delivery until they get them tinted, saving me time. But I went ahead and took delivery as they gave me a "we owe" form promising I can bring it back to get the tinting done. They came through a week later, and I am now finally satisfied with my new truck. I'm mainly criticizing their outdated salesmanship, as I know in this age of the Internet, car buying can be much more enjoyable. Everyone I dealt with there were super friendly, and very eager to make me happy, so I have no qualms about the people. I just would have preferred less wasting of my time. OH, one final note, you have to purchase their "family plan" for $495 which is essentially 3 years of oil changes. They wouldn't budge on that.

All the people I have worked with at Hudson Nissan over the years have been top notch, from sales down to service. I purchased my new 2017 Rogue this past weekend, working with Mike and Josh, and must say that it was the fastest, most streamlined, no-hassle car buying experience I've ever had! Marvin did an extremely good job showing us vehicles that met our criteria and recommending others that we hadn't considered. Test driving and his thorough in-depth answers to vehicle performance were excellent. He definitely went out of his way to make sure we ended up with a vehicle that we would enjoy. After the sale, Marvin has followed up with us to check that all was good and to see if we had any questions or concerns. I recommend Hudson Nissan and especially Marvin as the sales consultant.
