Older motel. Needs renovation. Smells bad
Not worth the $100, loud people outside and next door.
Price is a bit high for the motel and tv's need to be updated.. Otherwise isn't a bad motel.. Beds are comfortable, fridge and microwave.. I checked in around midnight the night clerk was very friendly and polite! I'll update when I find out her name, she was lovely!
Not a HoJo hotel anymore. Not affiliated with Wyndham anymore. It's now called Wallkill Inn & Suites. Be forewarned, no points and no breakfast. Google says the name change can't be verified. However, if you go to the Wyndham website, you won't find a HoJo in Middletown, but you will find one in Newburgh.
Room wasn't terrible, despite the questionable appearance from the outside. Paper thin walls and non-smoking wasn't far enough away from smoking rooms - we could still smell it. However the staff was pleasant and friendly.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Convenient location
Very clean and very respectful staff! Loved it! Will definitely come back!
Worst I've ever stayed in. Cigarette burns in the bedspread, picture on the tv was mostly static. The worst of it though was the people "living" in the next room that had an adjoining door were on a rant at 3am and it sounded as if they were in our room. We then noticed their kitten push something under the adjoining door & stick his paw under it to pull it back, WOW, no wonder they sounded like they were in our room. We put a couple pillows against the door & muffled some of the noise. Yes, calling it a dump would be giving it a compliment. Sh*thole is more like it. Recommend you only stay here if you're running from the law & maybe not even then!
Free fire in the room. No TV. No breakfast. This kind of place should be for homeless. Too pricey
