Comfortable bed. Clean and decent sized Room. Restaurant is adequate. Staff is helpful and friendly. All of the amenities such as swimming pool, exercise room, and a limited Business Center are available.

Wonderful hotel. The staff is friendly and the Manager is awesome. Makes you feel at home. This is my second visit to this hotel and won't be my last.

I have to state that the night I stayed at this hotel, there was a wonderful young man working the front desk. I was exhausted from driving 6 hours on a route I had never driven, to a city I had never been to and the weather was like a jungle. This poor kid was working the second half of a double and he was so exhausted himself There were several families staying at the hotel, with multiple children who would have benefited from a walk outback with a switch. They were animals. A gentleman who happened to be walking down the hall literally had to jump into the pool fully clothed and save a child that wasn't his because the mother had left the pool if that was any indication of the type of people they were. Anyhoo, the front desk man was so patient as these ratchet families repeatedly came to him with poor attitudes, bizarre requests and petty complaints about things the hotel had no control over, like the humidity outside! I was waiting for a delivery in the front foyer and I witnessed this poor kid wait on these people repeatedly with nothing but professionalism and kindness and they repeatedly walked away without thanking him. He was a trooper. I was very impressed with his patience and dedication to maintaining his composure. He was beyond mature in the face of rudeness from people double his own age. The property itself was a standard Holiday Inn and it was great, but this kid was beyond great and deserves recognition for the great job he did.

Stayed here for a wedding. Room was clean, and staff were friendly. There is a bar in the hotel along with a restaurant. Didn't eat at the restaurant but did have some drinks at the bar. Would stay here again.

Room was clean. There seemed to be someerlong term guests there maybe. Random person sitting in a side hall on a cell phone. Seemed strange. Also three dissimilar people coming out of the room next to ours as we arrived. Might have been nothing, but also seemed strange. Food in the restaraunt was decent, but two of the tables in the deserted room hasn't been cleared when we arrived. Still hasn't been cleared by the time we left.

Indoor and outdoor swimming pools. A little dated with the old clam shell sinks. Clean. Good shower. Double beds, not queens. Good breakfast, but not complimentary at our rate. We had one small problem, and the manager put us in a new room right away and gave us free breakfasts. Good people.

It was a very clean hotel. The rooms are a bit dated but the beds and furniture are newer and the beds are very comfortable. Overall it is acceptable. Not the best holiday inn but also not the worst.

The check in was wonderful after stopping at 4 different hotels they had what I needed for work. The desk lady went as far as to get on her hands and knees to make sure that my computer was connected correctly. I will always stop in here when back in town.

My stay at this hotel was quite stressful. I stayed 2 nights on a business trip. The breakfast waitress was quite rude and unpleasant on the one day I chose to eat there. The second day I went elsewhere to eat. After leaving I discovered that somehow the hotel had found a membership in my wife's name and changed my invoice to her name though she was not with me. My wife does not work for my company and now my expense report was in jeopardy. I called the hotel and asked that it be changed. They told me I must have given them the information and that they would not change it. After numerous phone calls to both the hotel and IHG, the parent company I have still not gotten any satisfaction. Though I will be spending a lot of time in the area in the next year I will NOT be staying at the Holiday Inn.
