The staff is very nice here, but the rooms have seen better days.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. There was hair in the bathtub. This place needs soap and water badly. Breakfast was basically non existent.

Not fancy, but the place gave me exactly what they said at the price quoted on the phone. Not the cleanest or the dirtiest place I've stayed in this price range. $90 for kitchenette; burners, fridge & microwave worked.

Rooms are clean. Staff is helpful. Right off the highway so there is easy in and out.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a good location to where I was working. The price is affordable compared to other hotels in the area. Definitely recommended for overnight guests visiting the area.

This hotel is way overpriced. It was a serious chore to get toilet paper or fresh towels. The continental breakfast was sub par and was not ready on time twice in my five day stay.

Rooms were mediocre but seemed pretty clean; breakfast was disappointing. Overall a decent place to spend the night, but definitely not amazing for the price.

The room quality is excellent for the price-- I dont get the other comments stating how old and smelly the rooms were because my room looked newly renovated and smelled nothing like cigs. They were very helpful when I needed a taxi, and supplied an awesome breakfast-- and best of all, they had cool cookies and cupcakes on Halloween-- name a place that does that!! Very clean rooms- will definitely stay here when I come up next time to visit West Point! Thank you

The inn wasn't very difficult to find, it was well marked from the road. The parking lot is arranged in a confusing way, and was unkempt. There was a lot of garbage next to the dumpsters, and some of the stairs were blocked. The office was extremely hot and looked a bit unprofessional. However, the room was outstanding! It was perfectly clean, had excellent climate control, and tons of space. It was really quiet inside too, which made for a restful stay.

As someone who had an average of twelve room nights a month on the road I always found it valuable to find a card on the room desk on 1. checking into their Internet; 2. the TV channels by number available on the motel system; and 3. rare in hotel's/motel's brief instruction on getting the TV on.

3 is mentioned as the motel clerk was most unhelpful; she acted as if it was too much for her to take care of a paying guest. I never did get a channel or sound on the screen. No, I will not be back. I eliminated the plan to stay an extra night.
